Reiko was very knowledgale about all the places we visited. Her patience with my two grandkids age 5 and 7 was outstanding. We asked to go on the boat ride , but the kids were too slow to reach the place on time, she adjusted our schedule and gave us an opportinity to see everything on our list. Her English was very good, so I highly recommend her. Thank you Reiko for a wonderful day! view more
My family and I met Haruko for a morning at Meiji Shrine followed by a nice Tonkatsu lunch. We were impressed by not only her knowledge but also that she talked to each of us (ages ranged from 11 - 79). Would definitely recommend her! view more
Mr Masumi was there to meet us on time. He has our name printed so it was easy to find him. His taxi was clean and cold. He greeted us with his big smile on his face and happy greeted us and show us the itirenary we love to see. With limited 6 hrs tours he was able to show us more than what we requested for. Myself and my sister were quite nervous coming to Japan, but Yoko was very helpful and showed us around the Tokyo area. We explored temples, shrines, the Metropolitan area, Tsukiji, and the intricate subways! I was confused on how to use the subway system, but she was very patient and helped us understand what we needed to look for. I would highly recommend planning a trip with Yoko, she is very knowledgeable and taught us about the many customs Japan has. Thank you again Yoko! view more
It was a very good trip with a very experienced guide Eri. Even though weather was very hot, she kept on explaining every detail with a great energy. We are a family with two babies and Eri was very understanding and patient about their needs. Since we are Muslims, she arranged us a very nice lunch in a beautiful restaurant. We wish to see some more places soon with Eri, especially “Enoshima Island”. We recommend her to everyone who are looking for a joyful trip. Thank you very much for... view more
Takako was kind enough to accomodate our last minute location change and even met us at our new out of the way location for the meet up. From the time we met her to the end of the tour she did her best to make sure we were engaged, making easy and lively conversation. She showed us some of the best spots on the way to our Yukata appointment, made sure we got to see a beautiful skyline view and gave some helpful hints. In addition she exhibited gracious patients as group members wanted to take la... view more
We had a great time with Hiro during our day trip to Kyoto in August 2018. We were a family group of 6, ranging in age from 31-65. We all found Hiro to be knowledgeable, absorbing and also a very humorous guy . It was great to get a local perspective on what we were seeing. It was also a relief not to have to work out bus/train schedules for one day, and leave that in the capable hands of someone more familiar with the area than us - and it meant we got to cover a lot more ground in a day. This is our family’s first time in Tokyo. Without Koichiro, we will definitely spent more time looking for entrance and exit in the subway. He is very professional and accommodating. We change our itinerary many many times during the course of the day because of our son wants to spend more time in certain areas. We really had a fun filled day with Koichiro. Definitely recommend him for your first time in Tokyo. view more
