Our November 2019 guided tour in Hiroshima was a truly unique and memorable experience. We were on a Viking ocean cruise and used the standard ship’s tour on the first port day to visit the typical tourist sites (the Peace Park, etc.). My wife and I and our friends were on a Viking cruise and stopped at the port of Shimizu. Fortunately for us the cruise ship was staying overnight in Shimizu and we were able to book an eight hour tour. Fumie met us at the cruise port at 9 AM. My wife and 3 year old boy were treated to a highlights tour of Kyoto, communication was prompt even if we book less than 24 hours before, Hiro-san was very knowledgeable and was prompt, he managed to accomodate our requests like changing the itinerary and changing our Shinkansen tickets.
