Koji is a very kind and pleasant person to spend the day with. He has a very deep knowledge of the area and was able to answer all our questions. His driver, Totsu, is a very safe driver and also speaks English. Both of these gentleman represent their country very well. You could not visit a more friendly welcoming city than Shimizu. I could go on and on about how we meet so many kind souls in this city. Great port and wonderfull guide. We will never forget the day we spent with Koji and Totsu. ... view more
Prior to arriving in Tokyo we had discussed, by email, a plan for the day. We were not overly interested in 'sightseeing' but instead wished to visit some interesting neighbourhoods. We suggested the Kagurazaka area and Junko recommended we should also explore the Yanesen district near the Yanaka Cemetery. It was a thoroughly interesting day. As first-timers to Japan, Junko was able to explain many aspects of Japanese culture and reliigion and we really enjoyed the day. She is a quiet, patient g... view more
Ikumi is fantastic, met us at our hotel and guided us through the complex rail/subway system with ease. We enjoyed the tour of the Osaka castle and grounds, the Osaka Museum of Housing and Living, but just walking through the street vending and shops with Ikumi was excellent. Her knowledge of the local area was superb, and I loved all the great food. view more
Marcus was excellent. We used the train system and walked and saw may highlights of Tokyo. view more
Ewaldo e Kenya 10/2018 view more
This company provided excellent service! We had scheduled a transfer from our Tokyo hotel to the port for our cruise. A typhoon caused the cruise to at first be delayed then postponed by a day. TripleLights was on top of it every step of the way and kept rescheduling the shuttle. Their communication was beyond excellent. When they couldn’t reach us by email, they phoned our hotel to check in. I could not recommend this company more highly. view more
My partner and I really enjoyed our tour with Dai. In addition to showing us all around Tokyo, I loved that he took the time to provide us the history and fun facts for each of the places we went to. I feel like my understanding of the history and culture of Japan grew so much as did my appreciation for it. Dai was super open to my many questions and didn't hesitate to answer them. We ended up having to cut back some of the places we went to at the end as we took too much time at each place but ... view more
Fujiko made our Niigata tour, though only for a day, very memorable. She took the extra mile to grant our request to visit a nearby place which was not included in the itinerary. She has good command of the English language and communicating was a breeze. I highly recommend her if you need a guide in Niigata. view more

My friend, I and our spouses was shown around Tokyo for 8 hours on Sun 9 Sep 2018. Ms Riko arrived promptly at the hotel we stayed to meet us. I will not write on every details of our 8 hours walking tour except to comment that the places of interest that Ms Riko had chosen in her planned itinerary were much to our likings. Overall we are very pleased with Ms Riko being our guide to Tokyo for the day. She was very attentive to all our needs and is very knowledgeable. Ms Riko is an EXCELL... view more
