Makoon was one of the nicest tour guides I have ever had in my travels to over 29 countries. He was superiorly knowledgeable, knew the best places and times of days to attend them and responded to my questions before booking within hours. His english was superb and I feel lucky that we had him for the entire day in Kyoto! view more

From the beginning to the end this was an excellent tour guide and tour. Yukiko was on-time at our hotel to pick us up, dressed with a kimono which impressed us. She is very knowledgeable about the city's history and sites we visited. She showed us how to ride the metro so we could move around the city on our own during the days following her tour. Very accommodating with our requests and suggested sites we liked very much. She is fluent in English and taught us a few words and phrases in Ja... view more
Glad that we engage Jack-san (you have to ask him how do he get his english name, haha) for the walk, he knows very well on the habitats of the park and very knowledgeable, although is a raining day (drizzling) however is a really fun walk. My personal opinion, should visit here during autumn and spring, will be very colourful. cheers! view more

As first-time visitors to Japan, we were very fortunate to choose Aki as our guide. We wanted to see Tsukiji fish market and Hamrikyu Garden on the first day of our trip, and thought a private tour with a guide would also help to orientate ourselves in Tokyo. From the moment Aki met us at our hotel, his friendly helpful manner and excellent English put us at ease as he helped us navigate the crowded train system and streets during our tour. Aki was very knowledgeable, well educated, thoughtfu... view more
My overall experience being guided by Dai in Tokyo was excellent. He arrived on time and even though we had a agreed to an itinerary, Dai was very flexible and customize as we went along. He covered all of the important areas of Tokyo and was amazed at his in depth knowledge of each area or site we visited. Very personable with a very helpful, warm and friendly manner, it was a pleasure learning about Tokyo and it's history from him. I would definitely recommend using Dai as your guide when ... view more
Yoko is a wonderful guide. She is very pleasant, cheerful, professional, and knowledgeable about the history and culture of the places we visited. We could not possibly have covered so many of the famous sights on our own as efficiently as Yoko guided us. She is very accommodating and we appreciate all her recommendations. Though we covered many places, we never felt rushed. Yoko took us to a famous Sushi place at Tsukiji Fish Market where we had a fabulous lunch. After the full day tour, she ... view more
Haruko is an outstanding guide and was extremely accommodating to our family’s needs. She was flexible and let us choose where we wanted to go and would recommend different shops and food stalls to stop. At each of these little vendors she encouraged us to try the different types of Japanese delicacies. We had sushi for breakfast and she took us to an amazing little restaurant that served the freshest sushi. Haruko was very engaging with our two boys (9 and 10) and knew how to make the experienc... view more
Mayumi is an exceptional guide and hands down the best we’ve ever had. Before our tour she was in constant communication with us about our wishes and meetup time/destination and made all the relevant bookings for our special requests. As soon as we met her she was full of energy and smiles. She felt less like a guide and more like a friend showing us the city. In a very relaxed atmosphere we visited a lot of cool places tailored to our interests. She was extremely accommodating towards our two b... view more

Masahiko is friendly , effective and very personalized tour guide. He was always on time and helpful in our tour. Since its our first time in Japan, Masahiko was kind enough to guide us in our directions. He was very patient in answering all our queries.
