We had a lovely day with Noriko at Koyasan. She arrived on time and had our day planned to make the most of the sites we were to visit. Background information was good and all our questions were answered. A very informative and special day - thank you Noriko! view more
Masaki provided a great look into Kyoto. It was just me and he was concerned about crowds so he used his own vehicle to drive us for the day. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about all the sites we visited. We had an amazing lunch in the Gion area! A very small restaurant that a tourist would never know about, but the food and presentation were amazing. We talked about that a lot of discovering a new area is the food, so when we returned to my hotel he worked with the front desk t... view more

My family and I had two wonderful Days with Yukiko. On the first day, she met us at our hotel in a beautiful kimono even though it was cold and rainy. We wanted to see old and new Tokyo and she did not fail to give us both sides of this city. She was prepared and mapped the best route possible so we did not waste time waiting or trying to find out where to go. We went to Mejia Shrine, Harajuku, Senso-Ji Temple and Akihabara on the first day and experienced both worlds. We stopped and tried a lot... view more

We had Jessica as our guide and she was great. She gave us a birds eye view of Tokyo. We could then focus on our points of interest during the rest of our stay. And for a more hands on those areas we had a walking tour with another wonderful guide (but that's a separate review). The experience gave us the confidence to have future bookings with TripleLights. view more
We had a great time with Ms. Sachimi as our guide. The day prior to our appointment, she dropped off a nice reminder on our doorstep which was a comfort to us because we were assurred that she was going to show up. She showed us how to go around using the subway as well as the high speed train. That was invaluable since that enabled us to go all over Japan. We plan on having her as our guide again on our next visit. view more
He was not only knowledgeable but so friendly and courteous. English was good, had no trouble communicating. Not only did we see main sights in Kyoto and Hiroshima but he pointed out subtleties that many would have missed. On top of it all he is also a really nice man. I recommend him highly! view more
Akira was our guide over a 3day period.he had an excellent plan that ended up needing to be modified secondary to the weather.we stilll saw what we wanted to see and it was like having a friend showing us around his home town.we can and do enthusiastically recommend him view more
Kimmy was a wonderful guide and adjusted her tour to meet the needs of our family AND the terrible weather. We had an amazing experience at the fish market, experienced wonderful sushi (without crowds!), navigated the subway systems and learned how to make a wish both in the Buddhist (Sensoji Temple) and Shinto (Meiji Shrine). We would highly recommend Kimmy again! view more
Yuko met us on time and we felt at home with her straight away. Her English was excellent and easily understood. In our short stay in Nagasaki Yuko took us everwhere we wanted and gave us a good understanding of Japanese life and culture. Very good value and we would highly recommend her to anyone contemplating a day in Nagasaki. view more
