We enjoyed a fantastic day tour from Tokyo to Kamakura with Yuki. He was professional but warm and friendly. He is also very high energy. His English and knowledge of various cultures/religions is excellent. In addition to his clear verbal explanations, he carries an iPad pre-loaded with photos, diagrams and other reference info to quickly assist his guests in their understanding of the various points of interest. We felt that was quite helpful. We had a few email exchanges before we arrived... view more
On our second day in Tokyo, we enjoyed a fantastic full day tour with Mayumi. Her professional but warm and bubbly personality immediately put us at ease. Her English and knowledge of various cultures/religions is excellent. She is a high energy person with lots of enthusiasm. Even though she has visited the sights hundreds of times, she seemed to really enjoy each place she took us. We had a few email exchanges before we arrived in Tokyo so she could plan our tour for what we wanted to see mo... view more
Our group of 14 people had a wonderful time with Takako. Even with a big group Takako managed it very well in the subway with lots of crowds. The lunch which Takako had reserved in advance was super delicious, we had a private japanese style room which made an unique experience too! Thank you Takako and hope to see you again if we'll be in Tokyo Natalie view more
Mayumi was easy to communicate with. She was waiting for us promptly in the hotel and took us through Asakusa, Harajuku, Akihabara, and Meiji shrine, with lunch in a Monster Cafe and a short walk along Sumida river. In the end of the day we ended up in Shinjuku next to Robot restaurant, per our request. Mayumi was very easy to talk to and was very open and attentive to our requests (e.g. our son wanted to catch Pokemon in a few places). Towards end of the day we realized we needed to buy med... view more
I could not find a better words to describe your services for our family. We are well taken care of, having you is the best experience that we could ever have. As a family with a 4-years and 7-years kids, we are already restricted by the time and movement that we have during tour. However, we still tour Tokyo on places that we wanted to visit and also based on your recommendations. We enjoy the trip to Karamura and Tsuji Market and experiencing the local food and of course, the Kimono. Now, we a... view more

We requested Dai at the last minute since we had a stopover in Tokyo and we had never seen the city before. We spent the day walking around all the hotspots, from the Meiji shrine of old Tokyo to Akihabara of the new. He was very knowledgeable of the subway system too, which baffles even the locals. In the end, we had a great dinner at a restaurant Dai recommended, where we had the best Kobe beef we've ever had. Would recommend! view more
Kahoko took the time to answer all of our questions and customized the tour around what we wanted to see. She was the nicest guide and made sure my wife and I were comfortable at every step. Would use Kahoko again when I come back to Tokyo! view more
We had amazing time during our tour with Eriko, She helped us cover Tokyo city in a day, knew a lot of Tokyo history, her itinerary planning is also good. Her English is good and easily to communicate with her. Recommended view more
Seiko was an excellent guide! Taking me to hidden places within Japan that only the locals can go to. Very informative and ensured I was happy and safe (being a solo traveller) would definitely recommend! view more
We had a wonderful time with Eri. Being a local, Eri was very knowledgeable of the history, culture and legends of Kamakura. She speaks English extremely well and she made sure we were comfortable and did not feel rushed at all. My kids (ages 9 & 13) loved Eri. While we waited for our dishes at the table during lunch, she gave each of us a beautiful packet of origami paper and started showing us how to make ninja stars. Even though our tour passed the 5 hr mark, Eri still made sure we saw ever... view more
