We really enjoyed our day with Moe in Kyoto. She met us at our hotel promptly in the morning. She was so friendly and prepared for our day. Moe took us to visit the Yasaka shrine, Fushimi Inari shrine (Thousands of Torii-Gate) and the Arashiyama Area Bamboo Forest. She is very knowledgeable and shared so many interesting historical facts as well as Japanese customs. She always had the best suggestions on the perfect spot to take photos and was willing to accommodate us in any way. Moe's Englis... view more
A day with Yoshie can help understanding what we just see as tourists. He is passionate about is job and I loved his sincere desire to share his knowledge with me. So... I do not only think that he is an excellent guide but I also think he deserves the best tousists, the ones who are deeply interested in Kyoto and love also less visited temples and shrines. Grazie mille Yoshie! view more

I was thoroughly impressed with our Licensed Guide, Mac Yokoyama! Mac was there at our Hotel at Kansai Airport to greet us at 8:15 AM. At the beginning of our tour, Mac gave my husband, son and I a written itinerary of our tour with expected times for our visits. He listed all the trains and subways we will need and recommended we use the Osaka Amazing Pass to eliminate needing time to purchase tickets at all the train stations, subways and the buildings we were going to visit. I had made an er... view more
Hiro was an absolute legend!! He is a wealth of knowledge, but also a very very funny bloke. We had such a brilliant day with him, particularly with just 12 hours notice from booking. He was able to accomodate the changes we asked for in relation to what we wanted to see and do. The day was a challenge as it was the day after the typhoon so a few places were closed but the beauty of going with such an experienced guide meant he filled our day with things we hadn't even thought of doing and that ... view more
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit of Tokyo with Toshihiro. He met us at our hotel and planned an interesting and comprehensive itinerary of Tokyo highlights with great attention to detail. We had a lovely time discussing Japanese history and culture, and he found a delicious and affordable restaurant for lunch where we tried shabu-shabu for the first time. He is a very considerate guide and thought of everything from nice places with a view to sit and rest for a moment, to detailed written instruc... view more
As the weather was on and off Arti kept in constant communication on go/no go. Everything was a breeze from getting to the Kofu bike shop from Tokyo, renting the bike and the tour itself. Arti is extremely knowledgeable and very kind to stop and explain the history and culture of what we are viewing. 5 star day all around. Next time we will definitely go again with Arti for tours if we are around Japan. Pleasure to have had Arti lead our family on the motorcycle tour. view more
