On behalf of my team of 4 from Penang Malaysia, we thank Yuki for his excellent tour guide to Hakone to see one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the beautiful Mount Fuji. It was indeed spectacular to view the mountain scenery from the cruise in Lake Ashi. Nevertheless, although the cable ropeway was closed due to climatic reason, we had a great lunch and bus ride down to the hot spring public bath at Yumoto Fujiya Hotel. Thanks to Yuki and will definitely come back to visit amazing Japan! view more

We booked him in a short notice and was able to deliver explicitly!!! He helped us book a mini bus for our party of 15 going to Mt Fuji and Hakone. Though our time is really short and due to unexpected traffic, we almost missed our bullet train going back to Osaka but because of Nobu’s efficiency, we were able to ride the Shinkansen bullet train on the next station. A party of 15 is not an easy group to tour but Nobu was able to show us a great time and see the beauty of Mt Fuji and Hakone in a ... view more
See the title. We saw a ton in one day. Only thing is we walked so much our feet hurt! :) view more
Mitsuyuki was very amenable to making last minute changes to the pick up location and the sites we would see in Kyoto with him after our small group tour guide made some last minute changes to the itinerary. Mitsuyuki having a car made it a lot easier to visit three places in an afternoon of touring. view more
I love my 2 days tour with Kunio (Mt. Fuji and Tokyo). He took care of me and my mom coming from Haneda airport to our hotel and made sure we made it to our bullet train on our way to Kyoto the following day. He stayed in the station until the train started to move. This is walking the extra mile, above and beyond giving on his own time. Our tour is custom tailored to what we wanted-paced, very relaxed, informative, lot's of opportunities to take pictures and well matched for the day's forecast ... view more
Mitsuyuki was such an accommodating tour guide, he arranged a very thorough Kyoto day-tour where he picked us up in his comfortable van. We're a family of 4, with two kids and the kids were very happy with the tour. Mitsuuki has a very pleasing personality and we had a fun travel with his fun facts and conversations. The weather on the day we went wasn't so great but he had umbrellas ready for each of us as well as water for everyone which still made the tour fun. We highly recommend him! :) view more

Yoko made the trip to Kamakura truly wonderful and memorable. Yoko is friendly, kind and considerate. She shared many interesting information about the places we visited. She also brought us to one of her favorite restaurants in Kamakura for boiled baby sardines (delicious!), fresh sashimi and my favorite tempura soba. She was also very helpful in recommending interesting places to visit and good kaiseki restaurants in Tokyo. view more
We had an amazing time with Kahoko!! We had a group of 4 friends visiting Tokyo for a few days and there were a few specific areas we really wanted to see. Even though the areas are further apart, Kahoko was very accommodating and helped us plan a terrific itinerary. We enjoyed every minute we had with her. She also made great suggestions on where to take a rest and all the nice bathrooms along the tour route. ;) THANK YOU Kahoko for making our Tokyo tour so memorable. We hope to use your s... view more
