T-chan was friendly, and kind. She was very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. At the safety center, she was invaluable. Without here I wouldn't have been able to enjoy the center nor the simulation as well as I did as the staff did not speak Engllish. With her acting as an Interpreter I was not only able to understand their lessons and instructions but they were able to understand my questions. T-chan was an excellent interpreter. Not only this but she was also able to explain the ... view more
Raisuke was an absolutely amazing tour guide. He worked with me to set the perfect itinerary for my family of five. He is an expert tour guide and had so much information to share about Aomori and his hometown of Hirosaki. We really appreciated his friendly guiding and he was so helpful in answering all our questions and taking us to all the special places we wanted to visit. We used multiple tour guides during our trip around Aomori and Hokkaido and hands down, Raisuke was the very best. M... view more
Riko was, in the words of my jaded 15 year old son, "unbelievably awesome." She was able to engage two American teens for an entire day, and the time the two spent with Riko in Akihabara was the highlight of their one week trip to Japan view more
Before the trip, ASKA coordinated with us for the smooth service - they asked the number of people, luggage, etc. As we are traveling with a pet, I had let them know in advance and they welcomed my request. We arrived late due to flight delays and the driver patiently waited and welcomed us in the airport arrival. He helped us load and unload our luggage and was also very kind. We smoothly arrived our destination. Very happy with their excellent service. view more
Mayumi was a wonderful and informative guide! She made arrangements for our family to participate in Sampuru making workshop in Kappabashi and also guided us through Tsukiji inner and outer market in the morning. She was flexible while keeping us going from one destination to the next and also had wonderful insight and knowledge about the areas we visited and about Japanese language and culture in general. She even shared suggestions for what to see in the remaining time we had in Tokyo based... view more

Riko provided an excellent experience for our first time in Tokyo. She communicated with us ahead of time by email to finalize details. She was very conscientious about asking us what our interests were at the beginning of the tour and went out of her way to meet those needs throughout the day. She provided a great deal of information about Tokyo and each of the sites we visited. We even enjoyed our lunch together and learned so much about the food and customs. It was a truly memorable day.... view more
Wonderful guide. Her hospitality and compassion allows me to enjoy my visit in Aizu Wakamatsu. She brought me to lots of interesting places there (such as Tsurugajyo castle, Aizu Samurai Residences) and I really learned a lot from them. She is also very flexible and was able to accommodate her itinerary to include other places which I want to visit. I would certainly use her service again when visiting Aizu Wakamatsu or anywhere in Fukushima area. view more
We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers visiting Japan for the first time. Motoko met us at our hotel and our private day tour began. We visited Asakusa, Akihabara, an Owl cafe, and Yanaka. Before entering the shrine, Motoko showed us how to properly wash our hands and purify ourselves. She also explained the history and the architecture of the shrine that we visited. Next, we headed to Akihabara where our son spent time browsing through the anime stores. Motoko was very patient as she helped to f... view more
