Spent 2 days with Yoko and she was great. Yoko was informative and very accommodating and such a pleasant lady. We enjoyed our time with her very much. Yoko gave us some treats at the end of our tour and that was so sweet and considerate of her. I highly recommend Yoko. view more

Our driver, Cris Meng, provided most excellent service! From the time of departure from our hotel until our return in the evening, Meng san did everything to make us feel comfortable, relaxed and respected. His English is very good, and he has a very good knowledge of the city. Meng san took us to a lovely restaurant for lunchand to the Ueno Zoo. He then recommended a beautiful Temple, the Tokyo Museum, and took us to the observation deck on top of Tokyo's tallest building. These were experience... view more

Yumiko is a fantastic guide. She knows about the art, history and local culture of Kyoto. She led us through the subway system, making the day a breeze. She was happy to meet our requests, but also has plenty of ideas as well. And to top it off, she speaks excellent English. Top notch! view more

We started off meeting Akira In the evening for a walking tour of the Shinjuku area. It was very interesting and we ended the evening at an outstanding Japanese restaurant that he recommended. The next day, we visited number of sites mostly by train and subway, throughout Tokyo. We saw a beautiful Japanese garden park, took a small boat down a river in Tokyo, spent considerable time at the worlds most famous Fish market, and had an outstanding sushi and sashimi lunch. He was thoughtful enoug... view more

Maru-san was great guide for first timer like me in Tokyo. From the get go she has been very flexible and consultative to establish itinerary based on my interest and limited time I shared with her. She has a great communication skills and in depth knowledge of the places we visited I would certainly look out for her during my next trip to Tokyo to cover other places which I could not cover this trip. Thank you Maru-san. view more

Great time with Kashima san. Excellent pre-trip planning, prompt, flexible, good suggestions. I can’t imagine a more efficient user of public transportation, we covered Tokyo as if we were in a private car —- only faster. In Nikko, when it rained, we modified our trip on the spot, so we could see everything we wanted. Oh, and there were nine of us he was keeping track of. view more

My son could not have had a better guide or person take him to the top of Mt. Fuji! He watched over his safety and made the entire experience one he will never forget! He stayed in contact with us from the time he was booked and kept us informed on conditions and everything that was needed! We will recommend him to anyone coming to Japan! view more

I had many email exchanges with SkyX's Will, Adam and Sakura before my trip. They have always been very quick to respond to my queries and helped me a lot in the itinerary planning. The vehicle assigned for my trip was very new, very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for 5 adults and the things we bought on the way. Wifi was available on board and the connection was good. The driver Hiro-san spoke a little English, but that was enough to get our messages across. For our lunch... view more
