We had a very informative and wonderful day with Rick in Kyoto. He showed us great sites, which were "off the beaten track" and we absolutely loved it. He is very well informed and has great historical knowledge about his city. His English is fantastic and we can greatly recommend him as a tour guide.
Dear Ferdinand, Thank you very much for your nice review! I am very glad that you loved the "off the beaten track" sites. I also enjoyed the nice conversation with both of you and had a great day. I hope you had successfully saw Maiko or Geiko on the next day. Please enjoy the rest of your stay in Japan and bring many nice memories back to your home. I hope I can guide you when you come back to Kyoto in near future. Best regards, Rick
We spent 2 days in Kyoto with Rick and are fully satisfied with the tours. Rick added his ideas on our proposals, in that way we got to see even more than expected. His command of English is excellent and it is a pleasure to have him as a guide.
Dear Rick Thank you very much for your nice review! It was my pleasure and I am glad that you are fully satisfied. I enjoyed so much with talking with you and your family and I learned a lot about Germany. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation for the Sunday tour which had to be shortened because of the typhoon. I hope I will see you again in Kyoto in future. Best regards, Rick
We hired Rick for one day around the sights of Kyoto and were very pleased with how the day went. Rick's English is very good and is easy to understand. We say everything that was promised even though it was quite a few places we fitted them in at a nice easy, un-hurried pace. He was easy to communicate with before we arrived and was eager to keep us informed during the tour. He took us to a very nice restaurant for some local food which was a nice touch.
Thank you very much for your nice review. I am glad you enjoyed the tour and lunch. I enjoyed nice conversations with you and learned a lot about your country. I hope you will come back to Kyoto sometime in future. Best Regards, Rick
Rick helped us see and learn about several exciting sites during our trip.
Dear Chris, Thank you very much for your nice comment and rating. I enjoyed the tour with 7 people who are so nice and friendly. I appreciate your cooperation and hope your trip to Japan becomes a memorable one. Best regards, Rick
Spent the day with Rick at Fushimi-Shirne and Boyoedin Area, he’s a good wealth of knowledge on both attractions. Throughly enjoyed the day with a visit to sake brewery too. I had my elderly parents with me and Rick was always mindful of their slower pace, which was great. English may not be as fluent but no major dramas in understanding each other.
Dear Ellie, Thank you very much for your nice comment. I am glad that you and your parents enjoyed the tour and I also enjoyed talking with all of you. I suppose your entire tour in Japan was memorable one and hope I can see you again in future. Best regards, Rick
