On time ! Never disappointed us ~ airport pick up, hotel pick up, meet up point pick up ! All really on time and we met a very experienced driver !! Even though he is 74 years old ojisan. His energy never look like his age! His driving skill during heavy snow also excellent !! Overall just “Best” Thanks for all ! Really appreciate him , wish can come again and meet him up. 👍👍👍

“ Mr. Yamamoto Yutaka Rocks! ”

My husband and I were in Kyoto for two days in late November. Our driver, Mr. Yamamoto Yutaka, was knowledgeable, accommodating and extremely professional. We made some last minute changes to our itinerary, and it did not bother him at all. He showed us places that were not even on our list. Once he knew we were there to see the fall colors, he took us to the number one fall leaves spot in Kyoto although that location was so busy. He did not mind the extra burden on him. He asked us about our food allergies and took us to a family restaurant with excellent food choices. He even asked the wait staff for us to sit in the tatami room. We communicated in English with ease. He wrote a detailed timeline and drew a map of meeting points for us. Thank you so much, Yamamoto-San, for making our trip an unforgettable one. We will be back.

“ Mr. Kagami san was good! ”

I misplaced his card but I think that was his name - he was an older gentleman - he was very good, extremely nice, and even though he didn't speak English, he was able to understand my broken Japanese and take me to the places we wanted to go. He was always available and ready when we were done. He was always nearby. When we met him, he had an itinerary with a timeline. It was awesome and helped us know how long we can stay and what else we will see. By contrast, two days earlier (on wednesday) I had also used TR Taxi (I forgot that driver's name). Although he was also very nice man, he did not take us anywhere. He drove by the places I wanted to go, but didn't let us get off. Instead, he dropped us off maybe ten to twelve blocks away and told us to walk down the street and then walk back and he will be back in 2 hours at the Lawson's down the street. What I wanted was the taxi driver to drop us to places and wait for us nearby like how Mr. Kagami did on Friday. It was snowing, it was icy, and the walking was dangerous because I had fell on concrete and hit my head really bad on the first day. But on Wednesday, it seems we paid them to just drop us off and come back after two hours? If i knew that would happen, I wouldn't have used them. That was a waste of "tour".
