Mayumi took us to interesting places.
Our tour of Hiroshima with Mayumi was fantastic. She managed to keep our two teen age boys engaged the entire day. The pick up at the train station was flawless.
From my first contact with heri till she said good-bye to us at Hiroshima Station, Mayumi was perfect in all respects. Her planning of our trip and communications with us were flawless. Her knowledge of the city is par excellence. She is proficient in English and therefore very easy to communicate with. I and my family were extremely thankful to her as she made our one day trip to Hiroshima memorable and worthwhile.
She adjusted plan as per our timings and also co-operated well with the schedule inconsistencies
Her English was very good, very clear. She is very internationally understandings. We liked her attitude. She explain throughout the tour although sometimes we needed to ask questions in order to get more than just basics information.
