Hello, everyone. My name is Hitomi. I've lived and visited many countries like US, Canada, France, Spain, Singapore, Australia etc.. because I love learning about other cultures and meeting people from all over the world.
When I visited Vietnam, I took a private tour with a local girl. Her private tour was very unique and I had a really good time. That experience made me want to do the same in my country.
Visiting other countries and experiencing other cultures are very exciting and refreshing. There're lots of things to see and experience in Japan. Let's enjoy and have a memorable time together!

Review by Jo: Hitomi is a marvelous guide: thoughtful, thorough, knowledgeable and flexible. She was able to adjust to the fact that she was guiding 3 folks in their 70’s with walking issues and provide us with doable experiences. We had a wonderful lunch at an historic Nagasaki restaurant mid-day that was so much fun. She has a great sense of humor and we would not hesitate to use Hitomi again or to highly recommend her to others. Thank you Hitomi for an educational and comfortable day. We invite you to come visit us in Alaska! //------------// Review by Eleanor: Hitomi provided a very personally designed tour for our group of three Alaskans. She had relevant background anecdotes from a western/eastern perspective. When we asked for a change in our intended itinerary she quickly a... read more
Dear Jo and Eleanor Thank you so much for your heartwarming review. I am really glad that I could support your day in Nagasaki. Yes, the food there was great and we were so lucky to have our seats so fast! I believe it was your lucky day including having the beautiful weather. And I also wanted to thank you for sharing your precious time and your story in the atomic bomb museum. It is tough and not a fun thing to do, but I have a great respect for people who spend their time to learn the fact. Thank you. Now I'm very curious and interested to see Alaska and of course Juneau! (it does look like Nagasaki! amazing. Hitomi
It was a reminder of the tremendous sufferings of war brought to the unknowing population. Wars started by politicians and generals... sufferings and loss of lives in the end for all mankind.. Miss Hitomi conveyed through her heartfelt explanations and narratives the sufferings of the Japanese people...
Hello Hi san, Thank you for the review! It was a big pleasure to guide you around the city and I was happy to be able to share time with you. Visiting Gunkanjima was quite interesting although we weren't able to land the island. I think Nagasaki is one of the most interesting places to visit in Japan and we can learn so much from the history of Nagasaki, the war, religions, the national seclusion.. Thank you for taking my tour, hope you make it to Takachiho next time! Hitomi
Very good and very supportive
Hi Malou, Thank you for the review! I'm glad you enjoyed the tour in Fukuoka and Sushi at the restaurant. I hope you'll have lots fun tomorrow in Nagasaki and make lots good memories together! Hitomi
I was pleasantly surprised to see such a relaxing itinerary for a shore excursions out of Aburatsu port. I'd been panicking about what to do for a shore excusion with my family and was so happy to find this tour. She was such a great guide to teach and care fo our large group (1 child, 2 elderly, 7 adults) everyone with different needs and interests, but Hitomi was so accommodating and lovely, including the arrangement of our micro bus rental for our group, lunch reservations, etc. Hitomi and our driver were very patient with our group. We also loved the little details like her hand-drawn backstory for Udo shrine, recommendations for food Miyazaki is known for, and explainations for how to enjoy the bedrock bath. Even after the visit, my family kept raving about the views, food, and the b... read more
Dear Anna It was a great pleasure to guide you and your family in Miyazaki and I’m so glad you enjoyed the view of Nichinan coast! That’s one of the best things we are very proud of. I could tell you all liked the food from the restaurant, that’s great! You gotta try our beef if you ever come back to Miyazaki next time! I’ve been to several bedrock baths, but that place is the best, the location and also the quality, you’d made a good decision of taking your family there !(^^)! Thank you for picking me as your guide, I was happy to meet you all! (Please say hello and thank you to your family member.) Hitomi
Awesome guide, fantastic time! Highly recommended!
Thank you Kim! It was my pleasure to guide you around the city. I was very happy to see your smile during the tour. You both made a pretty souvenir at Hakata doll painting place. And it was fun and new at the owl café! Next time if the weather permits, let's go to Ohori park and try the duck boat ride!
