I started tour guide for guests in 2016. My expertise is in Hakone and would be happy to extend tours to Kamakura, Mt.Fuji and Tokyo area. Motivation for me is to interact with guests from various countries in the world and to provide "only one experience" in Japan. My hobbies are playing soccer, watching sport games, reading history books, travels with family, and movies. I'm expecting to meet you and talk about these topics.

Junichiro handled some of my clients who have mobility issues and was very helpful from the time of booking, and as we prepared for their trip. The clients in question have just returned to the US, so I haven't heard their full review, but they briefly told me that they loved spending the day with him. Overall, I thought he was very accommodating, and was very clear about everything the clients needed to do (mostly purchase their Hakone Free Pass tickets.) Thanks for helping my clients!
We had excellent time with Junichiro. Our trip to Kamakura was absolutely great. We can highly recommend him as a very knowledgeable guide with a good sense of humour!
We booked a tour with Junichiro Kochi on Wed (10/5/17), that included my wife, my daughter, son-in-law, and my two grandsons (ages 13 and 17). totaling 6 persons. Kochi-san was very personable and informative, and his tour was very enjoyable. He explanation of the sites were very thorough and he also entertained us with quizes during our train rides. My whole family enjoyed his tour very much - thank you Kochi-san. Roy Tamashiro
We had a great time exploring Tokyo. Junichiro took us to see the Emperor Palace outer gardens; inner was closed that day. We visited an owl cafe and also stopped by a paper crafts shop where we saw how washi paper was made.
Junichiro was exceptionally nice and perfect with communication from the moment I first contacted him. We had really bad weather which changed most of our plans but he tried his best to save the day regardless. He was super attentive to our schedules and extremely well researched on all the logistics so that all routes and alternative routes were pre planned. Even when we had to change things he stayed with me to make sure I got onto the proper train back to Tokyo. All that aside he had great local historical knowledge and was a real pleasure to be with the entire day. Do yourself a favour and book with him if in the areas he guides as I don't think you could find a person better for the task. Sincerely, Everett
