To me, meeting with people is a gift from God.
A new encounter inspires me and enriches my heart.
People sometimes ask me casual or unexpected questions which I cannot answer on the spot.
So new encounters are a continuation of embarrassment and bewilderment.
To me, as a tour guide, going around places with foreign people is like a thrill and adventure.
Those who I met stay in my heart with good memories.
But I would also like to stay in your heart.

Not only we found the best tour guide but we also found a Friend!! Masaki is knowledgeable, patience, organized. He loves what he does, and it's his best asset. We learned a lot from Masaki, the history of Japan, religion, also life philosophy! My husband and I are world travelers, we hired a lot of tour guides for our trips. So far Masaki is the Best.
We had a wonderful walking tour of Nara during our recent cruise of Japan. Masaki is a fantastic guide. He was so helpful and patient, sending us explicit instructions on how to take the train from Kobe--complete with pictures. Nara is beautiful, and Masaki was very informative, answering our many questions. He took us to a wonderful little restaurant for an authentic Japanese lunch. I had also asked if he could recommend a restaurant in Kobe where we could get Kobe beef, and he actually went there the day before our tour and sent me a picture of his recommendation--it was delicious. We would highly recommend Masaki.
Masaki is a pro - he is knowledgeable, well prepared and has excellent communication skills. He is amicable and personable. He is flexible and very agreeable. We have originally booked a tour to go to KUrashihki for 30/9. Then we found out that there was a special exhibition of Ukiyo-e Paintings opening at the Sagawa Art Museum in Shiga prefecture on 30/9. We requested a change of tour just 2 days in advance. Masaki was quick to respond and showed no hesitation in agreeing to our request. We are very fortunate to have the opportunity of seeing this very important exhibition. We deeply appreciated the professional service of Masaki and would highly recommend his service to anyone who is interested in history and Japanese culture. He has stories to tell and is very good at story telling.
Masaki met us at the hotel. He was very prompt. He is very detailed in letting the client know where we were going. He enjoys telling about each of the places. The Floating Gardens was a true highlight. He took many pictures on the tour which he later emailed to us for us to enjoy and remember the day. He tried very hard to find us food places since we do not eat fish or vegetables. Masaki has great energy in walking. He is very dedicated to his work. He sent us a detailed plan for the next day when we would go to Kobe.
Masaki has been our guide throughout our 7 day tour from Kyoto to Osaka. All the places he took us to on his suggestions were simply great! We must give credit to him for being a helpful, considerate, friendly, energetic and very knowledgeable (in Japanese history) guide. Apart from the mentioned, he is one great photographer too - taking pictures for us wherever we go. With that being said - I must thank him for being one hardworking photographer! Beside being a good guide, Masaki is also a great foodie guide - giving and taking us to the best restaurants and eating places with reasonable prices. We have been so ever grateful and happy that he's taken us to a Yuka restaurant and 'standing' bars for some really good, authentic Japanese food and sake. Masaki is also a caring guide and a man with great energy and a sense of humour. Even though he stays in Nara, almost every evening he took the trouble to guide and took us back to our hotel/home. Masaki-san, thank you so much for the wonderful and memorable moments - you have made our trip worthwhile and unforgettable!
