I am a mother of 2 daughters, so hopefully I could finish the tour by 6pm. If you could give me a contact relatively earlier, I try to arrange my house chores and make night attend possible. Thank you.

About

Hi, I am an English speaking tour guide with national license. I love travelling overseas myself, which made me start my new career path as an interpretting tour guide in 2017 after 16 year's working at a publisher.

I have lived in Tokyo for 20 years. It has been always my joy to rediscover Tokyo, and sharing those fine tips with you is going to be my happiest monent. Let me help you create unforgettable memory by suggesting you from
casual canteens to hi-end restaurants, from traditional experience to modern activities, from sacred spots to romantic sites, and so on.

My idea is "Travel is a chance to streangthen togetherness among family, friends, and lovers." I truly got over my serious situations through travel, which I was saved by.
If you are thinking of a surprise gift during your stay to whom you are accompanying, please feel free to share your idea with me beforehand.

Just for information, I stayed in Malaysia for 2 months by summer homestay program for high-schoolers, and also studied in Hong Kong for half a year as a college exchange student. I am especially a big fan of Asian countries, but at the same time I have a strong longing for Western cultures.

Waiting for your contact. See you in Tokyo! (^_^)

“ The best tour guide that I have had in my entire life! ”

There are not enough good things that I can say about our tour guide Namie! She was on time and we were able to get our day started ahead of schedule since we had a plane to catch that afternoon. Namie had our route mapped out and she made sure that I was able to see everything that was on my wish list within our tour time slot. She went out of her way to make sure that We had the best experience and that I was able to buy a lot of hello Kitty items for my daughter. She is even a great photographer and took the best photos of me in Harajuku. But, this is not even the best part about her. We were there during the typhoon and when she delivered us to the bus terminal, we found out that our bus to the airport was canceled. Namie spent a few extra hours with us outside of what was required to ... read more

NAMIE:

Hi, thank you very much for rating me as five star, and giving me wonderful message. Our trip to Harajuku was the most exciting one that I ever had, because you are a fashionista and good at being in Harajuku mood. I was so proud of my having you around in my Harajuku walk! Again I feel sorry for all the foreign travellers at the airport on Sep 9 - 10. Your pain, (squeezed in a cab, restless night, language problem...)I will surely try to remember it for Japan's better tour infrastructure. I will learn how to handle the unusual situation as a professional guide. Thank you for booking me and good to hear you enjoyed Sentosa vacation finally.

“ We saw a lot! ”

Namie is a delight to be with and extremely thoughtful of her clients. My only minus would be that she was not always right on the directions we should go. I am sure she will learn more of the city in time. I would have her again.

NAMIE:

Thank you for the review, Marilyn. It was a tough tour to compell you to walk a lot. I promise I will learn more about city and hospitality to offer you better guiding next time. Thank you again for choosing Japan as your tour destination. Please give my best regard to Maria.

“ Amazing Day With Namie! ”

Namie showed us around Harajuku and Shibuya for a couple of hours! We were able to see Meiji Jingu, Takeshita St and Shibuya Crossing. She went out of her way and spent some extra time with us to help my mum find some items for her friend which I am grateful for! Wish we had booked Namie for a longer if I had known it would take more time than expected!! Would recommend to book for at least 4-5 hours to go around Harajuku if you want to see Meiji Jingu and go shopping as there are many shopping streets (Takeshita Street, Cat Street, Omotesando Street). Thank you for showing us around and sorry for keeping you back for almost an hour.

NAMIE:

Hi, thank you very much that you rated me five-star! You and your mom were both warm-hearted, also patient with a packed-train ride, a long walk, and heavy rain. I was not really good at time management but finally your mom could get that cosmetic at the right place, which I feel relieved about. Thank you for giving me your assist during the hours and the wonderful gift from Australia. I wish you the very best, and please give your mom my regard. Enjoy the itenerary furthermore in Japan! SAFE trip! Namie

“ Amazing guide !!!!! ”

Namie is a delightful guide. We feel so lucky to have chosen her. She is very professional yet very friendly. She knows a lot of details not listed in guide books. She is conscientious, and makes sure that we get in the right metro line to get back to our hotel. She went out of her way to take us to places that we are interested in, ie fabrics stores and washi stores and the fish market auction. Her english is very good as she has travelled all over Asia. We highly recommend her. Thank you Namie!!!!!!

NAMIE:

Thank you John! I am so happy to see your comment. I hope you will have a safe and fruitful tour to Hakone, Nara, kyoto, and let us meet again on 20th May. Can't wait for the day(^_^)
