Hello! I'm Kyoko. I am a National licensed tour guide and a licensed teacher for junior and high schools. I also have a licensed manager of itinerary.
I was born in Kyoto, that's why my name is Kyoto's child (Kyo Ko). And I had chances to live in Kyoto, Nara,Tokyo, and Lima,Peru. Now I live with my husband in Yokohama, Kanagawa prefecture which is next to Tokyo. Kanagawa prefecture is as nice as Tokyo, with Kawasaki city, Yokohama city, Kamakura city and so on.
My hobby is wearing kimono, enjoying tea ceremony, exercising through yoga and aerobics. Kimono is a Japanese beautiful national costume, and you can try it on only in Japan. So, if you'd like to try it on , maybe I can help you. Let me know your request.
As I had lived in Peru, I can speak easy Spanish, but still not enough. So if you are Spanish natives, let me teach your language! I want to study Spanish more. " Por favor!"
Japan has a long history in which many good things and sad things happened. I want to walk in our country with you while helping you understand our country and us. Let's enjoy together!!

She was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information about the history of the area. She was energetic, pleasant, and engaging.
We wouldn't have seen much of Tokyo if it wasn't for Kyoko. She was also able to show us how to go around via the train system. Would get her again when I return to Tokyo :)
Kyoko is such a wonderful tour guide my group of 12 adults were blessed with in our one free day in Tokyo. She picked us up at the hotel and patiently took us to different sights by train. Such an experience for us to be taking train in our kimonos, which Kyoko had arranged for us to rent. She is very patient ensuring everyone is attended to. She let us experience to be " locals " by walking us thru the markets, busy streets of Ginza, spending time in shopping malls. Always on time. I highly recommend her to be your tour guide, be it for one day or few days, if you want to have a great day in Tokyo. Thank you Kyoko for a fun-filled day with you as our tour guide. GOD bless, and hope to see you again with another group of mine. Josie Reyes - Hayward, CA USA
We had a great 8 hours tour in Tokyo with Kyoko. Unfortunately we arrived when typhoon Lan was approaching Japan so we didn’t the have the best weather (it was raining the whole day with no break!). Kyoko confirmed the itinerary with us and managed to show us the most beautiful parts of Tokyo even in the rain. We covered many areas which we wouldn’t have done on our own. She even took us to the tourist centre where you can try on kimono and yukata free of charge and we’ve had a lot of great photos. Thank you Kyoko for being our guide we had a great time! I will definitely recommend Kyoko if you are looking for a friendly and dedicated guide tour.
We had a wonderful experience during our one day Tokyo city free tour. We are a family of 6 with teenagers. Although we were not blessed with a very good weather during our first day, our tour guide Kyoko was very creative to give us alternative places to go to which we really enjoyed. We enjoyed the serenity in Meije shrine, got to see famous shops with branded goods in Harajuku, Roppongi hills and Ginza mall. On our second day, which I loved the most is the Hakone sightseeing tour. The 2 hours travel is really worth spending. The Hakone Gora park is well maintained and lovely. We took Hakone ropeway going to Owakudani and Ashinoko river and took a boatride with perfect view. Most of all, we are lucky and thankful to have Kyoko san as our guide as she is very pleasant, caring and gives all the information we need. We will surely miss her. We hope to visit Tokyo again someday.
