Our trip with Zumi was great. Our trip started and ended in Osaka where our family of 6 were staying. We wanted to see as much as possible for our 1-day Nara and Kyoto trip and Zumi san was so accomodating, flexible and patient that we were able to cover all the sites we wanted to see in spite of the long drive he had to do. We even had time for a side trip he recommended, to a mochi store where you can see how the mochi was made and to buy some yummy mochi. Thank you, Zumi san!
Dear,Elizabeth san. Thank you for using the srevice and your message with compliments. It's my pleasure to have been with you and your family all day long. Also I sense happiness to be given the term "accomodating, flexible and patient ", because I usually make it a rule to be them. Kindly say hello to your family and thank you again. Best regards. ZUMI
We were in Osaka on April 11 for 1 day from a cruise ship. Zumi (Takehiko said to call him Zumi) was waiting for us at 0815 when we got out of the cruise terminal after doing immigration. I had arranged a day tour for 4 people, 1 of whom was 90 years old and who was unable to walk long distances. Our minivan was great and set up with a wheelchair. This had not been requested by me but was just wonderful. I did not realise that this tour involved a lot of walking and without the wheelchair we would have not all been able to “see the sights”. Zumi insisted on being the wheelchair “pusher” the entire day even though the distances were quite long and involved a couple of very steep hills that had to be climbed. He was fantastic. We visited Nara and saw lots of Sika deer, the most beautiful Buddhist temple and had morning tea in the museum. We then returned to Osaka and visited Osaka Castle. It is magnificent and in beautiful grounds. We all had a great day and agreed it was one of the best tours we have ever done.
Dear,Elaine san. Thank you for having used the service and your comment on the tour. To be honest, when we met for the first time at the harbour, I was just confused to see a lady who had seemingly some trouble walking a lot longer. You were so lucky as to book the service coming with such a van and a skilful driver, right? I' m happy for you to enjoy the entire day. Be fine and safe.Thank you so much. Sincerly. ZUMI
We had a great day with Takehiko (Zumi-san). We left the itinerary up to him as we had previously seen some of the more easily accessible Kyoto sights. He took us out to Senzen-in, a temple in Ohara and also at our request, to a private garden that had the most spectacular display of blooming Sakura trees. He’s a great guide, highly recommend
Hello,Sharon sanyou.Thank you for your comment about the tour, and I'm so sorry I ask a favor to change the dates. While I had a day-off on the day,I re-thought the itinerary so as to see one of the best cherry blossom. I poked information on the internet and asked a friend in Kyoto where the goog place is. I'm really happy to give me the compliment. Thank you so much again. Zumi
Zumi-San was very helpful. We had a little confusion as to the area of the meeting place but once we had it sorted out, Zumi-san was the perfect aide. He helped us with our luggage cart and even guided us when we got our rail pass. We also hired Zuni-San for our shuttle to back to the airport and everything went smoothly. It helped that Zumi-San could speak English and was able to understand our needs. He also had great recommendations on places to go for sightseeing and places to eat. A perfect driver and guide.
Hi,Victoria san. It's my honor ,my pleasure ,and too much compliment for you to give me. I'm so soory not to speak a lot ,nor to explain things Japanese while driving . Actually,I talked the exciting stories in the van to my wife. She laughed a lot and said " We housewives anywhere are so talkative and hold the same complaints to hus・・・・." Thank you for using the service, and see you again some day. Say hello to the other gentlemen and ladies. Sincerly ZUMI
