Hi, I'm Dai. I'm a national licensed tour guide for foreign visitors.
I've been backpacking around the world for the last 16 years.
I've been to more than 150 countries worldwide.
I'm proud of my traveling skills, flexibility and patience I've ever experienced through my world-traveling.
I do believe one of the most important thing for travelers is to " EXPERIENCE ", such as doing something new, something extraordinary and something you've never done before.
And I used to work at a hostel in Asakusa, so I'm quite familiar with Asakusa area.
I'd love to help foreign tourists enjoy their stay in Japan.
You can also arrange your own itinerary as you like, so please feel free to ask me anything.
I'm really looking forward to seeing YOU soon. Thank YOU.

Dai was great! We only had a short time to see Tokyo and he showed us the hightlights and got us around in the limited time that we had so we got a feel for a fabulous city. the best part was he really tought us the history of visiting the ancient temples and the rituals assoicated with them. a great day
Thank you so much for a thoughtful review, Denise. Yes, your time was only 4 hours so we could not see much. We have more interesting places to see and experience in Tokyo. Maybe next time if you come back to Japan, I would love to show you around Tokyo more. Please take good care of yourself and give my best regards to your husband. Thanks a million !!!
We had an amazing day with Dai! I would highly recommend hiring him. Takes you to so many places and is really efficient with his time! He also knows so much about Japan and he taught us a lot about certain customs (how to water cleanse and pray at a temple, social norms about riding the metro, and how to say a few basic words to be polite!). He showed us the best places to grab a little yummy snack and knew all of the best photo spots!
Thank you so much for giving me such a considerate review, Anna. It was my great pleasure to show you around Tokyo. I am so glad to hear that you enjoyed some food, such as Tuna Steak, Eel skewer and Melon Bread. Next time if you have more time to be in Japan, I would love to show you around Tokyo more. Please take good care of yourself and give my best regards to Travis. Keep on Traveling !!! Thanks a million !!!

Thank you so much for a considerate review, Caroline. It was my great pleasure to show you around Tokyo. I also had a wonderful day with all of you. Actually perfect fine weather made our day better. I really hope you will have amazing days in Hong Kong, China, South Korea and other cities in Japan as well. Have a super wonderful cruise !!! Thanks a million !!!
I am usually an independent traveler, but decided to go with a guide for my first full day in Tokyo. If you are a first-timer to Japan with no Japanese skills (like me), definitely work with Dai! We covered a ton of ground in one day and the experience prepped me to get the most out of the remainder of my time in Tokyo. Great communication on the front end. Dai was very professional and responsive; he even considered my dietary needs in selecting a place for lunch. He is a traveler’s traveler, so don’t hesitate to book with him!
Thank you so much for taking your precious time to write such a wonderful review, Derek. I was truly glad that I could have a super fun time with you. I also learned so many things from you. I hope you will have super amazing days in Tokyo and Kyoto. I will keep in touch with you. Keep on traveling !!! Thanks a million !!!
Dai was an A&Mazing tour guide for a group of Texas A&M professors who were in Tokyo to set up a study abroad. VERY quick to respond to emails and inquiries and set up an absolutely perfect walking tour crafted to our interests. His attention to detail was meticulous, even paying attention to the weather forecast with regards to some of the activities we had scheduled (in the end, we didn't decide to change anything because of the snow as we don't get the white stuff much here in Texas). Dai found us a perfect lunch spot where we enjoyed the best bowl of Ramen we have ever had and made the Tokyo subway system look easy (seriously - we were all wishing we had booked him for two days when we attempted it on our own the next day). Finally, he even took the time to make sure we made it to ... read more
Thank you so much for giving me such an A&Mazing review, Jay. It was absolutely my great pleasure to show you around Tokyo. It was super FUN to talk and share the time with you guys. I'm so glad to hear that you enjoyed Ramen noodles in Asakusa. I believe all of you had wonderful days in Tokyo after my tour as well. I really HOPE to SUCCEED in a study abroad experience for your 22 students to study Anime & Manga at The Tokyo School of Anime this summer. Please take good care of yourself and give my best regards to your A&Mazing family and friends. Thanks a million !!!
