Hi, I'm Dai. I'm a national licensed tour guide for foreign visitors.
I've been backpacking around the world for the last 16 years.
I've been to more than 150 countries worldwide.
I'm proud of my traveling skills, flexibility and patience I've experienced through my journeys.
I believe one of the most important thing for travelers is " Experience ", like doing something new, doing something extraordinary and doing something you've never done before.
And I used to work at hostel in Asakusa, so I'm quite familiar with Asakusa area.
I'd like to help foreign tourists enjoy their stay in Japan.
You can also arrange your own itinerary, please feel free to ask me anything.
I'm looking forward to seeing YOU. Thank YOU.

Dai provided our group of 9 with 2 fun-filled days. Dai was very patient and accommodated the needs of everyone in our group. Without him, we would not have seen half the places we did! He made navigating the transportation systems of both Tokyo and Hakone a breeze. I wish we had more time in Japan. Next time we will go in early April like Dai suggested. We would definitely hire Dai again!!
We had a group of four and we were only in Tokyo for the day. What we truly appreciated about Dat is that he was punctual and made sure we got the most experience out of our day. Dai took us on the subway and so getting from place to place was very convenient. In addition, when visiting temples he explained traditions and customs. He was very knowledgable and I would recommend his services to anyone. Dai was excellent.
Dai picked us up promptly at 9 am. He was even a bit early. He had the day planned based on the areas we wanted to see. He had researched the best stores to take us to based on what we wanted to purchase. He gave us thorough information about each area or sight he took us to. Even though we ran a bit overtime he took the time to bring us back to our hotel so we wouldn’t get lost. We would highly recommend Dai as a tour guide for Tokyo.
Dai was amazing. We have three children and traveling with Dai felt like traveling with a local relative. We loved him, but even more importantly, the kids adored him. If he wasn’t booked for the remainder of our trip, we certainly would have extended our booking. Needless to say though, thanks to Dai, we were able to travel Tokyo by subway with confidence.
We had a great two days with Dai. He was well organized with our itinerary, flexible, on time, and knowledgeable. My daughter and I felt very comfortable with him and after spending two days riding the subways we think we can now do it on our own. We highly recommend him as a guide in Tokyo.
