Hi. I'm Michi.
I’m a national certificated tour guide in English. I would like to introduce many faces and charms of Japan and make your stay in Japan more fascinated and satisfied.
My specialty is tours of Hiroshima. In Hiroshima, there are two famous World Heritage Sites.
I have experienced many tours of the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum & Park since I was a junior high school student. I would like to introduce you the a-bomb legacies that still existing in the city.
I also would like to share time with you in a historic island, Miyajima. There is one of the most famous Shinto shrines, the Itsukushima Shrine.
I also an official ‘A-bomb legacy successor’ designated by the City of Hiroshima. An A-bomb Legacy Successor is a memory keeper of the A-bomb survivors. To ensure that the A-bomb survivors' experiences and desires for peace are faithfully inherited and shared with as many people as possible, the City has started a three-year training program for official ‘A-bomb Legacy Successors.’ It is possible to include my lecture in my tour. It is appreciated that if you could let me know upon your booking.
Let me support your stay in Japan and I look forward to showing you the best of Japan!

Michiru was a great guide. She had personal history with Hiroshima. I must say it was a very emotional visit and learning a lot about the history and rebuilding of this city. She was very patient with us and took her time. She did not fish us and even stayed a little over while we were trying to pick up some souvenirs. She also gave us a nice origami crane which was a nice touch to end the tour. I would highly recommend her. Thank you for a lovely day Maria and Stephanie
Michiro was great. She was extremely pleasant to be around with, and personalized our tour according to our needs and abilities. She was knowledgeable and thorough. She met us at the Hiroshima station and assisted us with our return booking and made sure we were on the bullet train back to Kyoto. She took us around at Hiroshima and Miyajima Island and we traveled and ate like the local people do. Great Experience, Great Guide!
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our day with Michiru. She was informative and knowledgeable and gave detailed descriptions which enabled us to understand the sites and their significance. We would highly recommend her services to others. Cheers Michi San from Pete and Ann.
Thank you Michi for a wonderful time. We learned so much from you about Hiroshima and Miyajima and thoroughly enjoyed the local cuisine - btw you are right the Hiroshima okonomiyaki is much better than the Osaka one :-). An
Well informed and communication good. Managed the day visit very well.
