Hi. I'm Michi.
I’m a national certificated tour guide in English. I would like to introduce many faces and charms of Japan and make your stay in Japan more fascinated and satisfied.
My specialty is tours of Hiroshima. In Hiroshima, there are two famous World Heritage Sites.
I have experienced many tours of the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum & Park since I was a junior high school student. I would like to introduce you the a-bomb legacies that still existing in the city.
I also would like to share time with you in a historic island, Miyajima. There is one of the most famous Shinto shrines, the Itsukushima Shrine.
I also an official ‘A-bomb legacy successor’ designated by the City of Hiroshima. An A-bomb Legacy Successor is a memory keeper of the A-bomb survivors. To ensure that the A-bomb survivors' experiences and desires for peace are faithfully inherited and shared with as many people as possible, the City has started a three-year training program for official ‘A-bomb Legacy Successors.’ It is possible to include my lecture in my tour. It is appreciated that if you could let me know upon your booking.
Let me support your stay in Japan and I look forward to showing you the best of Japan!

Our family had a fantastic day with Michiru and we were able to see all the things we wanted to see in the area given we only had around 5hrs to see both Hiroshima and Miyajima. Michiru was fantastic and had the day planned to the minute with all transport connections well organized. Thanks for the fantastic day!
Michi was a very friendly person who was very informative and gave an overall excellent review of Hiroshima
Michi was extremely knowledgeable and we learned so much from her tour. It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Japan! She was very patient (particularly since we had our two sons, ages 14 and 7, with us) and we were able to take our time seeing both Hiroshima and Miyajima. Thank you again, Michi!
Michi was informative, personable and efficient. We saw everything we wanted to see, and Michi added stories and information which gave us a great appreciation for all we saw. Highly recommended.
We did the 2 hour walking tour of Hiroshima Peace Park + the additional A-Bomb legacy talk. We learned more in those few hours about the Japanese experience of the A bomb than I had ever learned before. Michi's english was perfectly understandable and she did a great job answering all of our questions (we had a lot!). I think I got much more out of the experience with Michi than had we just toured the park on our own. 100% recommend for anyone looking to enrich the Peace Park experience! Thank you Michi!
