After graduating from Waseda University, I have worked at several companies.
When I worked at the Research Institute of Tuberculosis, I was in charge of training courses for doctors and laboratory technicians from developing countries as a clerk.
When trainees visited hospitals and health centers in rural areas for supervision, I led them.
I enjoyed the job very much, and I decided to be a guide.

Masahiko gave us an excellent English language guided tour of Tokyo earlier this month. Masahiko is very courteous, and also very knowledgeable about the attractions that we went to. He picked us up from the ship port and dropped us back, all exactly as per schedule. Since we were staying in Tokyo for an extra couple of days, he also went to the trouble of emailing me full details of directions for other tourist sites that we might be interested in. I would highly recommend Masahiko to anyone looking for a guided tour in Japan.
It was not very good weather with raining whole day, he customised accordingly for what best we can do in such weather. Guided very well through public transport system.
Masahiko was an excellent guide. He communicated well throughout the booking process and made sure our itinerary suited our small group. I was a bit worried about finding him at our appointed meeting place but he was there with a sign and found us right away. (awesome!) We walked through Kabukicho and visited a samurai museum, had a drink in Golden Gai and ate a quick snack in a yokocho. Masahiko provided interesting facts along the way. We enjoyed all of his recommendations and would definitely use his services again in the future.
Masahiko is friendly , effective and very personalized tour guide. He was always on time and helpful in our tour. Since its our first time in Japan, Masahiko was kind enough to guide us in our directions. He was very patient in answering all our queries. During our tour, the weather is bad and it keeps on raining but still Masahiko was able to manage our tour to be a good and memorable one for us. He's also very knowledgeable in sharing to us the culture , history and insights of a particular place. He's being fluent in English makes it easier for us to understand him. He always smile , he is courteous and very professional. i will surely recommend Masahiko and Triplelights to my Filipino friends who have plans of visiting Japan. Thank you and kindly extend my warm regards to Masahiko. We appreciate our Tokyo experience with him. Till next time....
Masahiko was very accommodating since we had to change days due to our flight delay. He was also very nice to meet us at our hotel and printed up a sheet with the name of our hotel in Japanese so we could get back on our own after he dropped us off at the the Robot show on Shinjuku. His tour needs more than 2.5 hours to see all the sights. Unfortunately, we weren't able to enjoy golden gai--we walked quickly through it. It would have been interesting to go into one of the taverns to see what's it like. His pace was very fast and we sometimes had a hard time keeping up. His English was okay.
