Hello I’m Mitsuru Mark Sakai.
I was born in Hokkaido, the north part of Japan.
Then I moved to Seattle, USA when I was a five years old kid and eventually lived there till I became eleven.
It was then I started learning English, though it was the kid's English, and began to recognize resemblances and differences that lay between the two countries.
After I had come back to Japan I had an extremely hard time to adjust to Japanese school life for quite a while.
In order to make the smoother adaptation, I have joined Kendo (Japanese fencing) club which turned out to be my favorite sport. ; though I'm not doing this anymore.
I think all of those old experience become my back bone of as a tour guide today.,
My favorite subject is Japanese history especially regarding Shinto, Buddhism and samurai.
Also I love great architectures and gardens that I'd like to share with you my knowledge I acquired at university when I was a student. .
But my most favorite things to do above anything is to make your trip ever enjoyable.
