“ Most wonderful person and experience ”

Mayumi was the most kind and warm hearted person. Not only did she provide the most amazing experiences but we felt like we made a true friend. Mayumi is extremely knowledgeable about Japanese history and culture and we learned many things. This has been the greatest trip of our lives and we are so thankful to have shared this experience with Mayumi. We will miss Japan but we will miss Mayumi’s warm smile even more. Mayumi is the best! Mayumi, thank you so much for everything! We miss you already!

“ Competent, Knowledgeable, and Personable ”

I had a business trip which brought a colleague and me to Tokyo. We are jaded travelers based out of NYC (been everywhere and know everything types! ). We let Mayumi pick the itinerary for the day, and she brought us on a thoughtful and fun tour of Tokyo. From the fish market to historical sites, she blended factual information with historical detail to put it all in context. Tokyo and Japan are sophisticated, and she made it all come to life. Mayumi has a relaxed personality, and her English is fantastic. She is high energy and whipped us through the subway system in no-time! She is a true professional and a top-tier guide. If you are in Tokyo or Japan, Mayumi is an excellent choice. Good luck and great travels.

MAYUMI:

Thank you for writing the great review in the midst of your busy tour, Pat. How are girls doing? I can imagine you all enjoyed Hakone and other places after Tokyo too. I was really happy to spend the pleasant two days with your family. Thank you again for giving me such a great opportunity. I really appreciate it🙏 Waiting for all of you to come back to me in the future!

“ Great day with Mayumi ”

Mayumi is full of energy and loves sharing information about her city. Communication was very easy and she was able to show us part of Tokyo we have never seen. Mayumi was able to fulfill our requests to go to specific places to do some shopping and our favorite part eating all the goodie around the city.

MAYUMI:

Thank you for posting a great review, Michael. Your comments really encourage me to offer even more interesting tours to my future guests. Of course, I'm always prepared for the next adventure with you and your family. Never come back to Japan without letting me know that. Hoping everyone is doing well. See you again!
