About

Hello. I am Masako and a national certified tour guide.
I was born and raised in Tokyo and have lived in Yokohama for about 30 years. So, I am familiar with both Tokyo and Yokohama. Tokyo is an eclectic city, traditional and modern, having many must-see sightseeing spots. I promise you will have an exciting day and enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine! While Yokohama is a new city, but proud of its great influence on Japan's modernization. It takes only a half hour by train from Tokyo but the atmosphere is completely different. You will find a special fascination. Looking forward to seeing you and showing you around my beautiful cities!

“ Experiencing Asakusa ”

“ Excellent Guide ”

Masako was early to meet us at our hotel, which was a good omen for me knowing she was punctual. She showed us how to use the subway system which seemed complicated even though we’ve navigated subways the world over. Masako’s English was very good and easy to understand. Her knowledge of Tokyo was extensive and informative. She knew where to go for whatever we were looking for and was good in suggesting a lunch restaurant. If we return to Tokyo, we would definitely use her again.

MASAKO:

Dear Richard, Thank you very much for the lovely comment. It was wonderful to be with you. You two are energetic though you arrived Tokyo thd day before and might have had jet lag. You are friendly and open-minded about different culture. I was convinced to hear you do voluntary work in many countries and your wife runs her own company. I very much enjoyed chatting with you as well. When you return to Tokyo, I would like to meet you again, too. Please enjoy the rest of your stay in Japan! Best regards, Masako

Hello Tina, Thank you very much for the kind comment. I was impressed all of you are good walkers and patient of the long tour. What's more, I heard the next day you would leave the hotel for Haneda airport in the early morning. You are very energetic! I would like to live like you. “ Excellent despite the weather ”

We enjoyed our time with Masako very much. She was very organized and easy to understand. Our weather was not good and she happily made adjustments to our original itinerary. We had a relaxing morning and a delicious lunch before she helped us find our way to the airport for our flight home. Thanks again Masako, it was great meeting you. Margaret and Jeff

MASAKO:

Hello Margaret and Jeff, Thank you very much for the lovely comment. I appreciate it. I am glad to hear you went back home safe and sound. Though it was half a day, it was wonderful to be with you. Your friendliness and kindness helped me for all uncomfortable weather. It has still been raining here since then. When you return to Japan sometime in the future, I would like to meet you and show you around our beautiful country! Best regards, Masako

“ An excellent guide for Tokyo. ”

Masako did an excellent job guiding our group of 10 seniors to the major sites of Tokyo. She skillfully guided us through the complex subways and streets of the city while making sure that all of us had our questions answered and needs met. All 10 of us highly recommend her as a choice for your guide. We thank her for a great experience.😀

MASAKO:

Hello Steven, Thank you very much for the two days and such a kind comment. I appreciate it. You are all friendly and cheerful, which helped me a lot. I thank you for your cooperation and patience. Please enjoy Kyoto and the cruise tour! Best regards, Masako
