Hello. I am Masako and a national certified tour guide.
I was born and raised in Tokyo and have lived in Yokohama for about 30 years. So, I am familiar with both Tokyo and Yokohama. Tokyo is an eclectic city, traditional and modern, having many must-see sightseeing spots. I promise you will have an exciting day and enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine! While Yokohama is a new city, but proud of its great influence on Japan's modernization. It takes only a half hour by train from Tokyo but the atmosphere is completely different. You will find a special fascination. Looking forward to seeing you and showing you around my beautiful cities!

Masako was our guide for 2 full and 2 half days while we had an amazing holiday in Tokyo and the surrounding area. We thoroughly enjoyed our tours, Masako was helpful with her knowledge but recognised when we needed to make itinerary changes due to the children's interest levels. For our family this made the tours totally effective and hugely enjoyable. Contact Masako, for me she helped tailor my requirements from high level ideas to deliver a detailed tour plan ticking all our boxes. - Thank you we loved our time and will definitely return to Japan.
Masako put together a tour for me to see sights in Kamakura. She helped me with train schedules, and I managed to get from Narita to Kamakura easily. The tour was amazing! We visited Buddhist, Shinto, Zen Buddhist shrines, including a lovely tea ceremony, We had a wonderful lunch and even squeezed time in for shopping! Masako also generously helped me understand the history and cultural aspects of the sites that we visited. Her English skills are excellent too. She is one of the best guides that I’ve ever had and I highly recommend her!
Even when it wasn't part of her duties, Masako helped me in finding and booking restaurants for my group, which consisted of vegetarians and non-vegetarians. She was always keeping me updated on our itinerary and worked around our schedule. She was very professional. Will definitely book her again for another tour!
Masako was our tour guide for Tokyo. Since we arrived from Canada the night before, we booked her for two short days (5 hours each) rather than one long and exhausting day. Over those days we covered most of the popular sites and Masako showed us how to use the subway system so we were confident to visit other places on our own. She provided us with a great introduction to Japanese history and culture.
Masako's English is excellent. Her knowledge of Tokyo also excellent. She was wonderful in helping us understand and use the Tokyo Metro. Super tour.
