About

Hi, I am Nobu, a government certified tour guide.

My main areas as a guide are Tokyo and its Suburbs including Nikko, Hakone and Mt. Fuji. I can also guide you in Chiba, Ibaraki and Kanagawa.

Many people arrive at Narita Airport, but directly go to Tokyo or other areas.
However, there are many good places to visit near Narita.
I have been living in Chiba for more than 25 years and know about this area including Narita very well. If you arrive at or leave Narita Airport and have a half or full day in Narita, please contact me! I am willing to guide you in this area.

Another area I would like to guide you is Tohoku District, including my hometown, Iwate.
There are also many good places, but most people do not know about this District.
You can easily visit there in 2 hours by Shinkansen (Bullet Train).
If you have got a JR pass, you do not Need to worry about transportation fee.
If you are interested in this District, please contact me. I can help you to make a plan.

I am looking Forward to Meeting you soon in Japan!

“ Family Friendly ”

Nobu was knowledgeable and helped us navigate the public transport system. We would never have been able to do so on our own. He took us to the major spots and was very flexible.

“ Excellent tour, Nobu was knowledgeable, and created a good itinerary. ”

I enjoyed my tour with Nobu. He spoke English fairly well. He was punctual. His itinerary included a trip to the temple and shrine at Asakusa, a river trip, walking through Hamma Rikyu Gardens, and a trip to the top of the Tokyo Metropolitan Building with a tremendous 360 degree view. I would highly recommend Nobu.

Mr. Nobu is a very humble and nice person, although my tour with him was a short one, but I found him very helpful and courteous in his attitude. Will highly recommend for his services.

“ Lovely Tokyo ”

Nobu was very experienced and answered all our questions. We were very jet lagged and still kept going, He adjusted the itinerary to our needs. He was so nice and showed us all the great spots we should not have missed on our short trip!! The fish market was great, the shoji temple, this beautiful park and an amazing boat ride. We even hat awesome ramen for lunch that we would never would have found on our own!!

“ Excellent!!! ”

We booked him in a short notice and was able to deliver explicitly!!! He helped us book a mini bus for our party of 15 going to Mt Fuji and Hakone. Though our time is really short and due to unexpected traffic, we almost missed our bullet train going back to Osaka but because of Nobu’s efficiency, we were able to ride the Shinkansen bullet train on the next station. A party of 15 is not an easy group to tour but Nobu was able to show us a great time and see the beauty of Mt Fuji and Hakone in a way that will be treasured forever... thanks Nobu!!!
