Yuriko is a soft spoken and well informed guide. We experienced an active and exhilarating day hiking from Magome and returned after spending a part of the afternoon at a museum on the art of woodblock painting. Yuriko did not seem to be in a hurry to finish her day with me and in fact, spent an extra two hours past her allotted time. She made sure to drop me off at my hotel even though she had to travel 40 minutes after that to get home. She made some interesting dinner suggestions. Highly recommended!

Gifu is my home town and I am proud of it, because there so many nice places and culture in Gifu. I will make my own special itinerary for sightseeing in Gifu soon or later end post it on the Triplelights site. If you have a chance to visit Japan, please drop in my home town, Gifu. I am sure you will have another wonderful time and experience. I hope to guide you again. Thank you. Sincerely yours, Yuriko
Dear Alexandar, Thank you very much for your review. I am so happy to guide you around Kyoto today. You looked so nice with wearing kimono. It was so hot today, so maybe you might be tired. Yuriko was so accommodating and our family had so much fun exploring Arashiyama with her. We would definitely do it all over again.

Your two daughters are so cute!! And also your parents are so kind!! I just felt like one of your family members. 1 hope I will be able to see you and your family again. Thank you. Yuriko
Yuriko is a delightful lady and gave us a wonderful tour of Kyoto. She met us at our ship terminal in traditional kimono and guided us through the train and metro systems to reach the sights we wanted to see. We toured Nijo Castle and it's grounds, had a Japanese lunch at a cafe, and did the tea ceremony and dancing with maiko. Yuriko told us many things about life in Japan and was knowledgeable about all the sights. We highly recommend Yuriko as a guide.
Hi! Lynee, I had a great time with you and your family. You all are so nice and kind and cheerful, so I was so happy during guiding you in Kyoto. I am only a beginner and you are the first guests for me to contact me and approve me as a tour guide. I've never forgot about you and your family. Thank you so much to give a nice review and nice experience in Kyoto. I will do my best to be a better tour guide. Please come again and enjoy Japan tour with me.
Having toured Japan & Kyoto several times with different guides across the years, I have had the chance to work with various tour guides. Of those I've worked with, Yuriko was the very best, both in terms of her approach and communication. She had thoroughly researched all routes & historical sites on our itinerary to ensure that we were timely in maintaining our schedule, and she provided wonderful insights about all of the places and sites that we visited. Moreover, she was wonderful company with a fantastic attitude - my partner and I enjoyed spending time with her. Overall, I could not provide a stronger recommendation for Yuriko as a guide - she was wonderful.
Dear Louis, Thank you for your generous comments. During the three days, I could have a happy and wonderful time with you and you partner. In addition to it, I could learn a lot from you about Japanese culture, such as about pine trees greenery leaves and so on. I was so impressed with your good Japanese and gentlemanly manner. I was so lucky to meet you and your partner. I look forward to see you and your partner again as a tour guide. Wishing you everlasting happiness. Sincerely yours, Yuriko
