As I traveled around the world, working for a Japanese airline, my desire grew more and more to teach authentic Japanese cuisine to tourists in Japan. So I retired from the airline and joined my mother, who also worked for the same company, and who had been teaching kaiseki (multi-course) cuisine for 30 years. Through several years of hard work and dedication, I received my license to teach kaiseki cuisine, and I started my cooking class. I will guide you from the basics of cooking to professional kaiseki cuisine, so that you can experience traditional Japanese food culture.
