Moto-san planned a wonderful trip for us to Aokigahara forest, lake motosu and surrounding areas based on what interested us. It was a very enriching experience learning about the history of some of these places. Moto-san was very knowledgeable and he took great care of us including finding vegetarian lunch, guiding us through the menu options and picking and dropping us at our hotel. We are taking with us wonderful memories of this trip and will definitely recommend this tour.
Moto was the best guide we could have asked for. He had excellent English and was very knowledgeable about Japanese history, geography and traditions. His communication was fantastic, always responding to our messages in no time at all! Moto was very flexible, allowing us to chose times and alternate activities. He was happy to take us wherever we wanted to go and also had amazing suggestions of sights to see. He was even flexible enough to change dates with us (twice) after we had some changes in our own itinerary. Moto chose a great sushi train to visit for lunch and was very accomodating to our dietary requirements. He has a very comfortable car and ensured we were comfortable the whole time. Moto took us to some hidden gem spots away from all the tourists and crowds. We would ... read more
Mr. Motoyuki is a very friendly person and a reliable guide. The tour was amazing and full of wonderful places that we have seen thank to the disponibility of Moto. I really suggest this experience.
Our guide Motoyuki-san was perfect and he made the tour a fantastic experience. He shared his great knowledge of Japanese culture and innumerable places of interest with us. We were traveling with our 2 years old daughter and he brought a safety seat for her and drove us around from one place to another to make it easier for us. We had a lovely day, Thanks again and see you soon :)
We had an excellent day in the Fuji area of Japan with Motoyuki. He was very friendly and informative. We visited the 5th Station on Mount Fuji and went for a walk beneath the slopes. Unfortunately due to the ever-present Fuji clouds, we didn't get a great view of the mountain, but it was very atmospheric and almost haunting. From there we had an authentic Japanese-style lunch - we tried a number of new foods, not all to our palates, but it was certainly an experience. Moto will help you feel at home even when you're eating horse intestines! Later, we visited Aokigahara Forest, which didn't disappoint. The forest is dense and very quiet, and despite its reputation, is a very beautiful, green and lush environment. I'd have liked to gone deeper into the forest but due to time, we stuck t... read more
