We enjoyed having Noriko as our guide in Naha. She was flexible about showing us the things we were most interested in and was very knowledgeable about the history of Okinawa and the culture of the islands. Definitely recommend!
Atsuko is charming and knows Tokyo as a local. The highlight for me was walking through the former gardens of an imperial palace and seeing modern Tokyo in the background at every direction.
Kahoko was everything we hoped for. Punctual, polite, informative, energetic and flexible.
Michiko is very easy to be with and an excellent interpreter. She guided us on a 1/2 day Tour of Tokyo and even gave us important information on how to use the complicated Train system. The most important event for me was meeting my Japanese family, who do not speak English. She interpreted effortlessly and the day went without a glitch. I would highly recommend Michiko for Tokyo tours and any interpreter needs. She is a delight.
We had decided we needed a guide to assist us with traversing the trains system and finding interesting places without getting lost! Keiko really knew the history of the areas we visited. We had a list of must sees and some places Keiko hadn’t seen before ( Nissan Crossing for getting a coffee with your face printed on it!) She was the most polite and lovely lady. It was definitely an amazing three days and we missed her after we parted. She was amazing with our 12 yr old, and they spoke at length about various things, history, food, everyday Japan and Shintoism. I would not hesitate to use Keiko again! It was the best three days of our trip so far.
Dear Jodi, Thank you very much for your review of my tour. I spent fantastic days with you and your families. You had researched a lot about Japan, so I was able to show you where you were interested in. There were places I hadn't known before such as Ginza coffee, Jiro. They are all good memories. I miss every thing. But especially I miss the clever boy. He listened carefully to what I talked and asked me a lot of good questions. Sometimes it was a kind of philosophical. I hope you will have a good time the rest of your trip as much as possible and go back to your country with good memories. I wish I will be able to see you again in the near future in Tokyo. Best Regards, Keiko
