My name is Akira.
I am certified national guide interpreter.
I have been living in Tokyo for more than 30 years.
I love walking in the city with no particular plan finding trasures in the streets such as nice ramen noodle restaurants, cafes, funny billboards, and most of all, narrow alleys that remind me of good old days.
I will help you enjoying the days in the city fully and making your vist memorable one.
I am looking forward to seeing you soon.

Akita was fantastic and speaks excellent English. We spent a whole day getting a taste of what Tokyo has to offer (and are keen to return). He was able to incorporate the Pokémon cafe and Star Wars collectable shopping into the itinerary for us along with a wonderful ramen restaurant for lunch, which our teenager said was the best food he’s ever had. Very worthwhile experience and we highly recommend Akira to any travellers who would like to make to most of one day in Tokyo.
Akira was a perfect host. We only had one day in Tokyo. We saw so much more than we could have achieved ourselves. The Sky Garden was my highlight, and the delicious Tempura lunch. Having someone navigate the subway for us was great and then ensuring we got to the airport in time. Highly recommend Akira!
Thank you, Akira for a very fun and informative day in Tokyo. We all enjoyed it!
My family have been all over the world and met many tour guides but Akira was Far and above the Best Guide we've ever met, We had a very brief stay in Tokyo and without a good guide it would have been impossible to get around to see the sights, We focused on the Asakusa, Harajuku and Shibuya areas and got to see the Sensoji Temple and the Meiji Jinju shrine amongst many other sights and Akira explained to us the various customs at each which we of course engaged in and my Daughter was thrilled to participate in including picking Her own fortune and Writing Her wishes on a wooden plate, Akira is Very detail oriented and caring and made sure at various times is we were happy with everything which of course we were and took many family pictures of us Including running ahead on the Shibuya Crossing to take various pictures of us crossing and we got to have Coffee inside the Starbucks on Shubuya and Akira ran up to find seating while we ordered which is usually impossible to find But He found us seats somehow. He is very engaging and knows a Lot about Tokyo and it's History which I was very impressed with, He is also very entertaining and Humorous which my Daughter loved, We ate Lunch and Dinner together and at the end when we parted I felt genuinely sad like leaving a good friend behind, On the Taxi ride back to the Hotel we all talked about what a Great person Akira really is and My daughter kept asking me the next day can we go back to see Akira but unfortunately we were flying home that day but when we go back next time for a Longer stay We will definitely be looking for Akira again, Do yourself a favor and don't bother looking for any other guide just book with Akira...
Akira was a fantastic guide, he took us around the highlights of Tokyo, recommended great places to eat and squeezed in an extra visit to a garden that was on route when we mentioned that we were garden enthusiasts. His knowledge gave us a great introduction to Japan. Thank you so much Akira
