I grew up in Fukuoka and Tokyo. I went to Paris and studied French and have experience working for Tokyo offices of international companies in various industries. My spouse has a bicultural background (French and American), as do my two children (Japanese and American). When I was a little girl, I learned Japanese dance (Nihon buyou), tea ceremony (Sado), calligraphy (Shodo), and flower arrangement (Kado). My hobby now is to travel within Japan, to visit my daughter in San Francisco, and to revisit Paris.
I am looking forward to sharing my love of Japan and Japanese culture with you and helping you experience something special when you visit Japan.

We had a wonderful morning with Kaoruko. She took us to a famous sumo stable and we got to see the wrestlers up close. She’s very knowledgeable and kind. Loved our experience, thank you Kaoruko!
Thank you for this nice review! You were the first person who asked me to write westrers' names and stable's name in English and you even told me that you will follow them in the tournament from the States! I was realy impressed and enjyoed the tour with you! Kaoruko
Kaoruko is the BEST guide we've ever had! She is very warm and friendly, super informative throughout the whole tour. She made sure that everyone is together at all times as Japan can be quite hectic at times and her hospitality is top-notch! Very passionate and genuine as well as being aware with our needs. Definitely would recommend her to anyone who is interested, you'll surely enjoy the tour experience! Hoping to meet Kaoruko again sometime in the future.
