Welcome to Japan!! (English version: standard tours start with 0..)
¡Bienvenidos a Japón! (Versión en español: recorridos estándar empieza con 1..)
Bem vindos ao Japão! (Versão em português: passeio padrão inicia com 2..)
I am Mitsuru, I work as tour guide in Tokyo and Kanto region. I am a Japanese national, born and raised in Brazil, lived in Australia for over 1 year and I love traveling, hiking, ride a bicycle, meet different people.. ice cream too!!
I’d say Tokyo is so unique city, because it is not only the political capital, but also the largest Japanese city for business, entertainment, shopping and gastronomy. Since 6 years ago, when Tokyo was choosen to host 2020 Olympic Games, this metropolis is becoming even better.
I’d love to guide you based on 3e: entertainment, educational and experience, so as most as possible, let’s learn about the past, let’s enjoy the present and let’s get excited with the future!
Looking forward to see you in Japan!

He was already during our preplanning very helpful. He was on time in our Hotellobby, showed us around the hotel interesting things( old shows, sake shops, elegant departmentalized, measurepoint under bridge and explained a lot historic details like Edo and others. Then he guided us sadly through the Tokyo Metrosystem to Waseda University, where I wanted register for a Congress. Due to the poor organization we could not find the right place but Mitsuru could find it after an hour finally. After such a stressfull search in the heat we needed a lunch. He accompanied us and bilingual he spoke in Portugese with my friend Bruno and in English with me. So we had a delightful and interesting day. Then he guided us through Tokyo station to Shinkansen accompanied us till the train, gave us at the en... read more
Hallo Gregor, what a honor to have guided you and Bruno!! You were my first Austrian client and it was an excellent experience.. Despite I could not provide the tour you deserved, I am very glad to get such a great review from you. I did my best, but I am very sorry about Waseda’s poor organization for this level of international congress and under a 35 degree heat walking around different campuses, it seemed too long. Surprisingly, today was an unusual day tour for me. I appreciated your decision in spending the rest of the day, having a awesome lunch, kakigori (wow, that one was great!), coffee and mainly, a great conversation!! Very impressed with your knowledge of different cultures, countries.. so, I also learned a lot from you and hope to meet you guys again here or in Europe some da... read more
Mitsuru is extremely attentive, timely and well organized. His English is perfect and traveling around Tokyo was a breeze. If you have a short time in a Tokyo or many days Mitsuru will make things easy.
Good morning Matt and thanks for your comments!! it was just great guiding you guys! “Kids” and Gina are funny and I enjoyed your easygoing personality, which also makes things easier! Ah, please thanks Gina for her Insta advices on the way back from Hakone. Sorry for the weather, next time we can visit Kawaguchi-ko area and hopefully seeing Mt. Fuji! Please have fun at snow monkey park and keep in touch!! Hugs, Mitsuru
We enjoyed a customised tour of Tokyo with Mitsuru for 4 hours. He met us at our hotel and took us on our way. Mitsuru is knowledgeable and very polite. He provided us with a folder detailing a history of Japan including maps and and points of interest - this was very helpful and a great reference for us after we finished our tour. It was a great morning and it was a good introduction into Tokyo. If you are customising your tour be sure to give Mitsuru a good understanding of what you want to do as there is so much to see.
G’day James & George! Thanks for your comments! Lynne did a great job arranging this tour with me and comfort pack. Thanks to her we could spent a short, but wonderful time at a couple of historical sites. As you said, there are so much to see in Tokyo. Please allow you at least 3 days in Tokyo in the next year! Looking forward to meet all your family in Tokyo 2020! Thank you so much! Cheers from Tokyo!
My wife and I had a layover in Tokyo on our way back from Bali. We had about 10 hours which is not much time. Instead of just staying at the airport the whole time, we decided to try and see as much of Tokyo as we could. I contracted Mitsuru, who helped us plan down to minute a short tour of the city. He picked us up straight from the airport terminal and ran (sometimes literally) to a few landmarks. A few hours later we were back at the airport with some wonderful pictures and a better understanding of what Tokyo is all about. I highly recommend Mitsuru. Without him, there is no way we would have been able ton6see as much as we did in such a drastically short amount of time.
Hey Travis!! Oh yeah, we ran a couple of times to not miss a train I guess! Haha.. I only do that with people full of adrenaline like you & Angela! Layover from Narita is actually one of my favorite tours.. travelers from Southeast Asia have not so many expectations, it all up to me, I am on the control of the time etc and at the end, we finish seeing a lot of spots. But as I said, this is not for any visitor!! I really enjoyed doing my work with you guys. Thanks for adding me on your SNS and do hope you choose to spend you next holiday in Japan.. from Hokkaido to Okinawa, Japan is awaiting for you and Angela! Hugs from Tokyo, Mitsuru
