Yuki was an exceptional guide - We would definitely recommend him to anyone as he is very punctual and organized. He had previously requested for places for us to visit & organized the tour as requested. We had 2 great days with him. He made great suggestions and the tour was better than we expected. He is also very informative & friendly - The tour was well paced and well planned. He was flexible enough to accommodate our last minute changes (starting the tour later than usual etc). I visited Tokyo from Washington, D.C., for the first time with my wife and 2 sons (aged 14 years and 5 years). We contacted T-chan and arranged for a 2 day tour across Tokyo and Yokohama. Our experience was excellent and exceeded our expectations! On the first day in Tokyo, we visited the Meiji shrine, Tsukiji fish market (where we... view more
This was a brilliant trip for us; suitable for children and adults (we are 47, 44, 13 and 10), and holding all of our attention throughout. We did origami, kimono wearing, furoshiki (gift wrapping with a single piece of cloth) and finished with a tea ceremony (both with her making it and serving... view more

Prior to the trip, Mr. Kaneo was very proactive in creating the itineraries and he even created two: one for sunny day and the other one for rainy. This was done so we would not get wet much. I believe that was very considerate of him. He was also quick to reply to my messages and update me with any information he believes I should know. There were six of us taking the Yokohama tour with Mr. Kaneo. We visited the Landmark Building, Cup Noodle Museum, Red Brick House, Chinatown and the Ramen ... view more
