Before we go on a boat trip, we went to the Otsuki Local Museum. We learned about the history and structure of Saruhashi Bridge. The officer who is working in the museum was so enthusiastic, that we could more concentrate and impressed on his explanation. Next we experienced the boat trip. We enjoyed Momiji(autumn leaves) with various panorama. It feels like sailing back to the Edo period, the painter who drew the Saruhashi Bridge as Ukiyoe art. 자연이 예뻤다 그림 속에 들어간 거 같았다 일본 분위기가 좋았다 박물관 직원분이 ... view more

It was a sunny day yesterday and I had a great tour with Kyoko. Kyoko was polite, decent and kind ! She was very informative knowing about the bridge, local history and Ukiyo-e, too. Saruhashi Bridge surrounded by autumn leaves was fantastic ! The view from the boat was just like Ukiyo-e of Hiroshige! As an Ukiyo-e fan , I was moved so much by that view. Would definitely recommend this tour ! view more

Toshiro san 靈活適應客人的需求。他精通普通話和廣東話。在旅遊目的地和商店,他幫助翻譯。 我駕駛租車,他常在看我們的路線是否正確。 Highly recommend :) Toshiro san was flexible and very accommodating to guests’ needs. He is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. At our sightseeing destinations and during shopping, he was very helpful in translating for us. I drove a rental car and he was attentive all the way to make sure we were on the right route. Highly recommend :) view more

My family and I (9pax) truly enjoyed our Mt. Fuji trip with VAN transportation. Isao, our guide, went out of his way to look for our AirBnB. A sign that it will be a great trip ahead. The coaster that we used was very spacious for us and it was very clean. We headed back late and encountered the Japan's version of traffic. Thanks to our driver for choosing the fastest route and had us back in Tokyo city proper with just an hr behind. The excellent service made by Isao, Nagisa, and our driver (I ... view more

Chinami was an outstanding guide and I could not recommend her more highly! She knows the Fuji and Yamanashi area incredibly well - particularly the nature, food and wineries which were of interest to us. She was very helpful before our tour, helping us plan what to do - she made excellent recommendations but was also very aware and receptive to what we wanted to do. Her English is very good and she is very kind and fun. We really enjoyed our time with her and hope to visit again so we can see m... view more

It was unlucky for us that those two days raining, so we couldnt maximise our picture taking of the beautiful cherry blossom trees. Yuki is very polite, humble, and assisted our group very well.
