We had a wonderful day with Taka. On a sunny, mild December day we enjoyed the magnificent Rikugien Garden with autumn colors. We headed to Sugamo and “Grandma’s Market“ where we had a delicious lunch of fried oysters, shrimp and pork. We strolled through the alleys of Kagurazaka and ended at an Izakaya in Monzennakacho. Taka put together a perfect itinerary for our group of three who had requested non-touristy destinations! We enjoyed our time with Taka and appreciated his broad knowledge of Tokyo and his expert navigation of the subway system. Thank you, Taka!
Thank you for taking your time to post such a nice review, Cathy. We did not visit touristy places but I’m glad you enjoyed strolling around and appreciating the local areas. Thank you again for sharing fun time with you and your great company. Best wishes!
Taka was a fantastic guide and was great tailoring our day with our 5 year old daughter. We toured the Tsukiji market and around Ginza getting a great taste of local life and food. He listened to the things we wanted to try and made sure to accomodate our interests and was wonderful making sure the day was suitable for walking around with a 5 year old. He provided some suggestions for places to eat and visit for the rest of our stay. We highly recommend Taka.
Thank you for your great review, Mike. I still have many things and hidden spots to show you in and outside Tokyo. I'm looking for the next opportunity to see your family again!
Taka did a great job giving a 6-hour overview of Tokyo highlights, including the Taukiji outer market, Ginza area (hot pot lunch), Meiji Shrine, and Harujuki (young fashion) area. He was flexible and accommodating; showed us customary practices at the shrine, and knowledgeable about history and culture. Although much of the tour was a walking tour, we also got to experience the train and subway. Highly recommend Taka as a tour guide!
Thank you for taking your time to post such a nice review. I hope you're spending the holiday with family, friends and great wine & food ;-)
We have a very good day with Taka even though it’s raining in the morning. We have a wonderful day and the lunch place he suggested is very yummy. Thank you Taka san.
Thank you so much for the kind review, Teresa. Although it was the cold day with rain in Tokyo, I was really happy to be with your family. Hope you'll come back to Tokyo again in near future!
Taka - san, thank you so much for your kind service. Very punctual and prompt. We did not face any trouble.
Dear Chamine, I feel so happy to hear from you. Although the weather was not so good, we did not face any trouble. Because I was with kind, gentle and cheerfu couplel! Thank you so much for finding me.
