“ The Great Kaneo ”

Kaneo was amazing. First, what a kind and sweet man he is! He was so wonderful to our family, and I think he enjoyed the days with us as much as we did with him. He guided us to Disney Tokyo and Disney Sea and was so fun and informative. He will always be a great memory of our trip to Tokyo. His knowledge of the city and it's transit system was unmatched. I would recommend Kaneo to anyone looking to enjoy Tokyo on another level. He was AMAZING!!! Thank you Kaneo!!

Kaneo:

Thank you for your wonderful review. I really enjoyed Disneyland & DisneySea with you. I also enjoyed small talks with you and your family, while we were waiting for attractions. It is a great honor for me to be a good memory of your trip to Tokyo. I hope I can guide you again someday. Best regards, Kaneo

“ Great guide and person ”

We have spend a day in Hakone with Kaneo. Although weather was not good and the rope ways were closed due to volcanic activities it was great to spend this day with him there. We had a kid in our group and Kaneo made all efforts that the kid was not bored (e.g. origami 😀). He provided many important information to prepare for our stay in Hakone prior the tour. We recommend Kaneo as he is a very nice person, his English is very good and he has great knowledge about Japan.

Kaneo:

Thank you for your kind review. I am happy to hear you enjoyed Hakone tour in spite of a bad weather. It is really a pity that we could not see Mt. Fuji. But I myself enjoyed Hakone with a pleasant group like yours.

“ The Best First Day in Tokyo! ”

If you’re looking for a guide in Tokyo, and Kaneo is available, book him ASAP! He is the best of the best! I’ll start out by saying that it would have taken my husband and myself a full week to do all the things we did with Kaneo in just one day. This is not an exaggeration. I based my initial requests to Kaneo on my “Lonely Planet” guidebook’s “must do” list. We were able to do all of them, plus several more sites and activities. By booking this tour with Kaneo on our first full day in Tokyo, we were able to be more relaxed with the rest of our days there. Taking the pressure off the rest of our days in Tokyo was an invaluable result of our tour with Kaneo. I must mention Kaneo’s awesome itinerary PDFs that he sent leading up to our trip. These files included his own personal ph... read more

Kaneo:

Thank you for your kind and long review of my guide. I am very happy to know you enjoyed my guide so much as to evaluate it very high. I also feel happy to know I could show you some of good things of Japan, including our “Omotenashi” mind. I also appreciate your kindness to bring me a precious souvenir and a letter. Best regards, Kaneo

“ Excellent guide and well worth booking Kaneo’ ”

Kaneo planned out our route and day with precision as we went to many of the places you would want to see. An excellent guide that took the time to ensure we were happy. Always smiling and a great attitude that my 11 year old son and I were very happy with. I’d book him again no question.

Kaneo:

Thank you for your excellent review. I am really happy to hear you enjoyed my guide, inspite of a chilly cold weather. The weather is getting better. I believe you can enjoy the rest of your trip in Japan. Best regards Kaneo Uetake
