What to Expect

Yokohama Minatomirai faces the ocean and overlooks magnificent scenery. It has many different museums, amusements, shopping malls, hotels and so on. First, we visit Hara Model Railway Museum, which features about 1,000 model trains including rare ones collected by Hara Nobutaro from worldwide. In addition, you would be amazed at the large-scale and extraordinarily elaborate diorama. Next, enjoy creating own original cupnoodles with favorite soup, ingredients and a cup design at Cupnoodles Museum. If you want, you can make chicken ramen from scratch (it takes 90 min. and needs a booking). Finally, we drop by Red Brick Warehouse, a symbol of Yokohama. The two structures were built about 100 years ago and now have shops of stylish selections. Yokohama is just 30 min. far from Tokyo by train and people of all ages can enjoy. Why don't you join me? “ A Wonderful Time in Tokyo ”

We spent 3 very enjoyable days with Masako in Tokyo. In addition to going the extra mile, and organising a cooking class for us, she was always punctual, patient and flexible with our timing and interests. She is a very personable guide and shared a great deal of history and cultural interests with us. Thank you again so much Masako. We hope to meet you again someday.

MASAKO:
Dear Karly and Sergio, Thank you very much for the kind words. I am glad to hear you had a good time in Tokyo. I was impressed you are very considerate and warmhearted. I appreciate it. It was wonderful to be with you for three days. I am looking forward to seeing you again. Masako

“ Great Time.With Masako ”

Masako was awesome! She arrived at our hotel promptly and helped us with rail passes and SUICA cards. As we visited the sights, she shared her knowledge of the history of Tokyo, which made the experiences more meaningful. She was very accommodating when we asked to adjust the walking pace and to stop for a brief walk through a specialty store. This is exactly what we wanted on a customized tour. The restaurant for lunch was very good, the variety of choices on the menu was perfect for our group, and the prices were very reasonable. Masako was very warm and friendly, her command of the English language was very good, and her customer service was the BEST! She truly took an interest in making our first-day experience in Tokyo a safe and memorable one. She did not rush us and stayed with us beyond our scheduled time with her. Mahalo, Masako!

MASAKO:
Hi Gerri, Thank you very much for the comment. I am not sure I can deserve your kind and warm words, but I very much appreciate it. I must thank you for your cooperation and patience. I was impressed you always laughed, though you just arrived in Tokyo on the previous night after a long-distance flight. What' more, you showed much consideration for me. It made me very happy and feel easy to tour around together. Enjoy the rest of your stay in Japan! Please give my best regards to your cousins and friends. Again thank you very much! Masako

MASAKO:

“ Happy with the friendliness and warmth of Masako! ”

Masako was very helpful and accommodating as I had a change of hotel at last minutes notice. She came to the hotel to pick up my parents and showed them around Tokyo for a day and was flexible in making changes to the itinerary when the places chosen wasn't open for the day. My father briefly mentioned that he was experiencing some skin discomfort and she proactively brought him to the pharmacy and helped bought some medicated cream for him. She was very prompt in providing me with the contact details and I was assured that my parents were in good hands and they enjoyed the day trip tremendously and I wish to thank Masako for being such a good host!

MASAKO:
Adrian, Thank you very much for the kind words. I am glad to hear your parents enjoyed the tour. They are good walkers, which helped me a lot. I respect your father's wisdom and mother's consideration. I am also impressed by your affection for your parents. I should learn it. I hope your family had a great time in Japan. When you return here, I would like to see all of you. Again thank you very much! Masako

“ Touring with Masako ”

Masako was excellent! We really enjoyed our time with her . She is very knowledgeable and she was able to show us everything we requested even at her our slow pace.

MASAKO:
Hi Patricia, Thank you very much for the comment. I am glad to hear you enjoyed the tour. You are all good walkers and open-minded about different culture, which was great help to me. When you return to Japan, it would be nice if we could see each other again. See you then. Masako
