Eri guided our clients to visit Nara. Our clients enjoyed the tour and we would use her services again in the future.
I had a great time with his clients. They were so kind and friendly. They told me a lot of stories about their journey! Also, J, the tour company, was really supportive and I could meet his clients and travel with them without any trouble. Thanks for choosing me as a guide :-)
I asked ERI to guide us around the area where my mother grew up in the Wakayama prefecture. With this rather nebulous request ERI started asking some important questions thru emails. Then she went to work researching this area for clues to my relatives lives from 1922 thru 1935. By the time we arrived in Wakayama she had developed a custom tour for us that was so amazing and incredible for all of us, including our grandson. She went way beyond all of our expectations with skill and hard work she made this trip to Wakayama so meaningful, memorable, and absolutely the highlight of our time in Japan. ERI’s pleasant personality made us feel so welcome and comfortable in Japan. We all feel she represented Japan’s culture so very well.
I traveled around Katuragi-cho in Wakayama and I really enjoyed everything, from not only the tour itself but all research I did! Actually I'm happy to discover a lot of new things about Wakayama, thanks to him. David and his family were very polite and friendly and told me a lot of interesting stories about their family! They were fun to be with:-) Thanks for taking me as your guide!
