Mack was very organized prior to our arrival in Tokyo. He corresponded quickly and was not only able to plan our itinerary but make restaurant recommendations and bookings for a big party. On the day of, he was on time. He knew the subway system well and the details of each site. We were the very first to request a visit to a hedgehog cafe which he researched and arranged for us to go to without a hitch. He was accommodating and helped us (a large group of 8) through Tokyo which seems a relatively hard thing to do in such a busy city. Thanks Mack for always making sure we were always well taken care of.
Dear Audrey San. Thank you for having me as your guide and giving me such many good words for me. I am very glad to know you enjoyed our tour in Tokyo. I am also very happy to have your family and friends. It was very good experience for me. I hope I can see you again. Best regards, Mack
Mack is one of the most amazing guides I have ever had the pleasure of being escorted by on a tour. He worked around all my mental and physical issues to ensure we cover as much as possible on our trip. I was so amazed and truly touched when he sent me a postcard with the Yayoi Kusama Museum when I was in Kyoto. I was really wanting to see the museum but they had no availability so he sent me a postcard and a table cover with the museum on it. Thank you Mack for making my trip to Tokyo so completely memorable!
Dear Anupa San Thank you for your kind words for me. I did my best and I am glad to hear you enjoyed our tour. This time we had limited time. I hope you visit gain to explore our culture further. Please take care. Best regards, Mack
Mack did a great job. He is highly communicative and a great tour guide!
Dear Zachery San Thank you for your comments. I did my best and will do so always to satisfy your guests. Best regards, Mack
After a long week of skiing, my family had the great pleasure of being shown around Tokyo by Mack. He was an excellent tour guide because he was extremely organised and knew his way around the city very well. We were very grateful for Mack’s generosity and patience. It was an exciting and memorable experience. I cannot recommend Mack highly enough.
Dear Matt San. Thank you for having me as your guide today. Since this is in the middle of new year holiday, some services were not available. However you did my best and I hope you and your children enjoyed the day. Please have a safe flight. I hope I can see you again. Best regards, Mack
I have taken many tours and I must say Mack was one of my most favorite guides. Prior to our trip I let Mack know that we wanted to see as many historical sites as possible and we were okay with any suggestions he may have. Well Mack delivered, we went all over Tokyo and saw most everything we wanted to see and then some. A couple of the highlights were one Mack planned and one I believe we just stumbled on. The impromptu highlight was a dance (parade of dancers) contest going on in the city that was fun to watch. The other was one Mack planned for us, a Buddhist drum ceremony that was also very interesting to see. Mack also took us to a very delicious restaurant that was off the beaten path for lunch. He also helped us purchase train tickets that would have been very complicated for us t... read more
