Hiro took us on a full day tour around Asakusa, Akihabara and Yanaka. There was so much to do and see, and we never would have done it in the time we did without Hiro, who was incredibly polite and accommodating. His English was also great. He took photos and videos of the trip so we have the great memories to look back on too! He also provided excellent history and insightful information and went out of his way for us several times, including during our shopping at Akihabara to help us with a purchase. I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a great tour guide for Tokyo! Thank you Hiro for an unforgettable day! :)
Hi Becca-san, thank you very much for the nice comment! I was honored to be the tour guide for you. All members of your party are cheerful and friendly that I myself enjoyed the tour and the peaceful moment very much. I hope that you will visit Japan in the future and choose me as your tour guide. I will be so happy to be part of your group. Thank you very much for the great opportunity.
I booked Hiro while on a single day stopover in Tokyo and didn't regret a minute of it. Having been my first visit and not knowing a lot about the history or culture, Hiro provided several suggested itineraries given my limited time and then worked with me during the trip to maximize my visit. He had just the right mix of knowledge between history and today's culture to make the trip fun and informative. I'd highly recommend Hiro and will book him again should I ever have the opportunity. My only regret is that I didn't have more time to spend with him.
Dear Bret-san, Thank you very much for the great review. It was great honor to guide you and I am very pleased that you enjoyed the tour. I hope that this tour would be memorable and make you come back to Tokyo. I am looking forward to explore Tokyo together again. Best regards, Hiro

Hiro was a wonderful guide. I’m so glad we found him. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, explaining everything in detail. He also helped us get acclimated to Tokyo, explaining the subway system to us and even helping us secure JR train tickets for upcoming travel throughout our trip. I would highly recommend Hiro to anyone - he’s fantastic!
Hi Caitlin, Thank you very much for taking the time to leave me such a great review. I am very glad to hear that you enjoyed my tour. It was so nice meeting you two. Please enjoy the rest of your days staying in Japan.
Hiro turned a rainy, cold day into a warm, friendly experience. He showed us how to navigate the complex rail and subway system and how to buy and use Pascodes. His English was very good and he went out of his way to make sure bad weather did not spoil our trip.
