“ Unbelievably amazing! ”

Mari is an incredible guide. She is incredibly professional and communicative, knowledgeable and personable. She went above and beyond caring for the group of travellers and was amazing in helping us to organize everything. I would definitely recommend her for anyone who want to really get to know Japan and not just visit.

Mari:

Thank you very much for your wonderful review. It encouraged me as a guide. I am glad that everything went well. To provide the art college group with an introduction of Ukiyoe woodblock printing was a valuable experience for me. Thank you again.

“ Amazing Tokyo Tour! ”

Our experience with Mari San has been excellent. She was quick at responding to our queries via triple lights prior to our tour and had great tour suggestions. When we let her know there were things we looked forward to seeing she came up with an incredible itinerary. Once we got to Tokyo we were dropped off at the wrong hotel as there are two Hotel Montereys so we were scared that she may go to the other hotel while we walked to find our hotel. However upon checking in the concierge let us know we had a message from our tour guide and handed us an envelope with a note from Mari San which put our minds at ease. She was very knowledgeable and well prepared. She had printed three intineraries detailing the places we visited and pertinent information to those places. It was a very enjoyab... read more

“ Awesome tour, customized! ”

Mari was amazing! She customized our entire day tour to our interests. She made great recommendations for the tour in advance and even had a print out of Japanese history and the customized agenda she handed out during the tour. She sent Japan tips in advance of our travel without me even asking. She was knowledgeable and got us to our destinations quickly to see many sites in one day. Highly recommend!

Mari:

Thank you very much for your wonderful review. I really enjoyed guiding you, four young wonderful ladies. All of you are charming. I was impressed that you are so close. I thought all of you are respect each other which is not an easy thing to do. I hope that through this Japan trip you have experienced some of Japanese cultures and expanded your depth of thinking. Please send my warmest regards to Roslyn, Maggie and Kristin. Thank you again.

“ A Perfect Day ”

Mari was absolutely terrific. She helped me set up our tour and was so patient so that we saw everything that we wanted to see plus she told us the history about the things we were interested in as well as local history. On top of this she had information sheets, took us to a really unique restaurant that tourists would not get to see, came right to our hotel and led us through the subway maze and went at a pace that we could cope with. She also had a great sense of humour. On top of these excellent qualities she spoke excellent English which was a great blessing for our group as this was not always the case. I would recommend Mari to anyone.

Mari:

Thank you very much for your wonderful review. I also enjoyed to guide your warm-hearted group. I was impressed that all of your members were enthusiastic to learn new things as this was not always the case. As all members get used to act as a group, it was easy for me to guide even though six people. Please convey my warmest regards to the rest of the members. Please stay young and take care.
