Tsukiji market is closed on Sundays and most of Wednesdays. We need to check it each time.
1.Tsukiji Inner Market will be open to public only until September 29th 2018, due to moving to the new Toyosu market in October.
But, Tsukiji outer market will still stay there and keep opening almost every day.
2.Tokyo Skytree can be congested anytime as it is very popular tour spot. So, I suggest that we make advance booking of viewing time to avoid waiting in the long queue on the day of visit. Advance booking is allowed two months prior to the visit in the Japanese convenience store "Seven eleven". I will be happy to arrange booking upon the request of tourists.
Approximately 1500 yen per person including subways, boat and private railway fee.
1. Hama-rikyu garden : 300 yen per person
2. Tokyo Skytree Observatory (advance booking for ticket) set price for 450 meter & 350 meter : 3600 yen per adult, 2900 yen per child under 17 year old.

Masahura was wonderful. He is a very thoughtful man and went to great length to explain the history and customs, religion and culture of Japan. He happily took us where we wanted to go for a customized tour (as we will be seeing some of the sights on our final cruise day) We were a group of four and Masaharu was happy and able to answer all of our questions. He also explained the Tokyo subway system to us, by the end of the day we were comfortable navigating ourselves around it.
Dear Monique, Thank you very much for your nice review and encouraging words. It was my great pleasure sharing wonderful time with you, your husband and your friends, and helping you deepen insights of Tokyo. Please further enjoy cruising around Japan and bring good memory back to Calgary. Wishing you all the best! Masaharu
Masa did an excellent job with route planning. He was prompt and introduced us to a beautiful local resort area. We learned some of the history of the area and enjoyed a pleasant afternoon with a respectful and quiet guide.
Dear Brannon, Thank you for nice review. I enjoyed sharing wonderful time with your family around Hakone. Looking forward to seeing you again in the near future. Wishing you all the best! Masaharu
Masaharu was absolutely WONDERFUL as a tour guide for our first full day in Tokyo! :) He came right to our hotel and spent 7 full hours on the road with us; he helped us navigate the intimidating but very efficient subway system, and got us to many places within our time together! In all of places, he was extremely knowledgeable. Very kind, very knowledgable, and very accommodating; his English was great and he dealt with our decreased energy towards the end of the tour due to jetlag graciously. Don't hesitate to book, and if we are back to Tokyo again we will certainly request him! Arigato Gozaiomas Masaharu-san! :) Irfan, Jeewani, Jehan and Ifza; Newfoundland, Canada

Masa was very warm and knowledgeable. Knew the background, history, cultural significance of every location. Mapped out a great full day tour Showed is how to navigate the subways. Pleasant to be with and flexible. Spoke English well. Would highly recommend.
Dear Rona, Thank you very much for your nice review and encouraging words. It was my great pleasure sharing wonderful time with you and your husband. I also enjoyed learning a lot from you about current topics and issues in USA. Looking forward to seeing both of you again in the near future. Wishing you all the best! Masaharu
Masaharu was ok but it could have been better if he would share insights and historical background of the places we visited. We were lucky to see the clearest view of Mt Fuji and it was awesome! Overall we enjoyed our 1 day Hakone tour. Thanks Masaharu!
Hello Florice, Thank you for your inspiring comments. It was great pleasure sharing wonderful time for viewing Mt Fuji from Hakone. Frankly speaking, if we had more time, we could have visited the museum. But If we did it, shops must have been already closed by the time we went there. As you noticed, shops immediately closed during your shopping. So, it was physically difficult to achieve both historical insights walk on the steep ground and comfortable walk around the lake and shopping with two year old baby with you. And it actually took around 11 hours totally. Anyway, thank you for your valuable advice. Masaharu
