I will be showing everyone the Meiji Jingu Gaien, where people enjoy seeing nature and watching or participating in sports activities such as baseball, golf, tennis, and rugby. This is a well known spot for people to go jogging and for its sports venues. Meiji Jingu Stadium, the home stadium of the Tokyo Yakult Swallows baseball team is the most notable venue in the area.
What to Expect
The customer can see some nature and learn about the different sports and the various restaraunts that are available in the area. This place is particularly a great place to see some nature during the fall because of the fall leaves that come from the Icho Namiki trees, which the avenue is named after. Icho Namiki can be literally translated "row of Ginkgo trees". The street has two pleasant cafes with terrace seating and quite a few public benches. There are often film crews and photography sessions going on here. It's amongst the most famous streets in Japan.
On weekdays, I am not available from 1:00-5:30 due to Japanese school.
This is an area where people enjoy nature and sports. Meiji Jingu Stadium is the second oldest professional baseball stadium in Japan. This is where the Tokyo Yakult Swallows play and there are also a lot of high school and college games that take place here. In terms of nature, in a city of few good sidewalks, Icho Namiki Avenue is a pleasant ginkgo tree lined avenue that turns a brilliant yellow in Autumn. Icho Namiki Avenue is located in a posh area between the Gaienmae fashion district and the Aoyama Itchome business district. It's a short avenue of a few blocks that's surrounded by a small park, stadiums and sports fields. It ends at a large historic building that holds the Meiji Memorial Picture Gallery.
