I have never met a more caring, warm and professional guide in all my travel around the world, we had a wonderful time in Tokyo. She is a well educated professional guide who gave us a lot of indepth knowledge about the history and culture of the Japanese people. She was so caring as well in terms of looking after are well-being so much so that she even helped us with our shopping as well.
