*Imperial Palace and East garden...about 5 minutes walking from Tokyo station. The imperial palace with its grounds is located on the site of the former residential palace of successive Tokugawa shoguns in the Edo period.East garden is closed on Monday and Friday.
*Meiji Jingu Shrine...Tokyo's grandest Shinto shrine is dedicated to the Emperor Meiji and Empress Shoken. The 70 hectares of forested ground it's special oasis in the midest of all the big-city hustle and bustle.
*Takeshita street...Harajyuku is the birthplace of "KAWAII" culture. This street is teen-fashion bazaar stores containing miscellaneous goods and sweets shops.
*Omotesando...called "Tokyo's Champs-Elysees" lined with high-end boutiques those shops come in designer buildings with contemporary architecture.
*Shibuya Scramble crossing...the world busiest intersection in front of Shibuya station. It's an awesome spectacle of giant video screens and neon,guaranteed to give you a "I'm in Tokyo!" feeling.
