“ A fantastic tour guide! ”

Yumi was an amazing tour guide. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and great with our kids on our tour in Tokyo. We were a family of 8 people that included twin 6-year-olds and a 12-year-old. We never felt lost or rushed. We got to see all the important places we wanted to visit and was given great directions to other places we were interested in seeing. Next time we visit Japan we will look forward to booking Yumi for at least 2 days or more, she was a terrific tour guide. We recommend her tour guide services to everyone as she had merged right into our family with ease.

Yumi:
Dear Pinkie san, Thank you so so so much for your exciting and excellent review. I also had a very good time with you and your family. That day was so hot, but your kids are really well behaved in spite of hard schedule. For sure your trip will become a valuable and memorable experience for them. I wish you would make a wonderful collage of pictures of your visit to Tokyo and I’m looking forward to seeing you. I am looking forward to meeting your happy family again on your next visit! Thank you very much again.

“ Sightseeing in Nihonbashi ”

Yumi was an excellent tour guide. She took us to places we would have never known about and taught us a lot about her culture. She took us to various places where we were able to taste samples of Japanese food (seaweed, dashi, pickled pumpkin, etc), she took us to a shrine and taught us the ceremony. She also took us to the Washi paper making work shop where we could make our own paper (and speak to a robot); and later she took us to Shinjuku so we could visit the samurai museum and eat next to Godzilla. She was knowledgeable, sweet natured, and communicated with us easily. She was also very accomadating

Yumi:
Hi Romina, Thank you very much for your wonderful review! I also enjoyed walking around with you and your family and I’m so glad to hear that you are satisfied with my special plan for you, Alex, Patricia and your daughters who are so smart and patient good girls. I'm sure that you all have experienced something new and different in Nihonbashi, which become valuable memories for you all. I wish you would enjoy the rest of your days in Kyoto and I'm sure that you will see more attractive and beautiful aspects of Japan and have lots of fun by eating Japanese food. Arigatou!!

“ Shinjuku and surrounds ”

Yumi was fabulous she answered all our questions with great authority , with humour and sincerity - my travelling companion and I thoroughly recommend yumi if you are looking for a private guide nothing was too much trouble for her even when we often took her off 'track' both in our sightseeing and our questions. - Yumi also brought along brochures for us which were very helpful in our days ahead in toyko- thanks to Yumi our visit to the wonderful Tokyo was made even better than we could have expected - thank you Yumi

Yumi:
Suzanne san, thank you so much nice message. You and your friend are so active and energetic, and gave me great power, therfore I also really enjoy the tour. In addition, you brought lucky happening here and there. I wish you had many amazing and unfogettable experiences in Japan. Thank you again Suzanne san.

“ Highly recommend ”

Yumi was an excellent tour guide for our family. Despite the rain she kept a cheerful and eager disposition. She was interested in finding out what my kids liked and provided additional advice on where to go.

Yumi:
Lynn san, thank you for your comment. Unfortunately, it was rainy, cold and windy on that day. In spite of changing the plan, you all agreed with me. I'm really happy that you and your kids had a good time at the museum. I wish you all would enjoy staying in Tokyo and visit again near future.
