“ Excellent! ”

Yumi took me to Tsukiji Fish Market as requested and it was amazing. Her knowledge of Japanese home life was really interesting and I gained a rare and unique insight into Japanese culture through her too. We discussed Japanese foods too. She was extremely caring and attentive and ensured that all my needs were met. Thank you!

Hi, Navaz san, Thank you for taking your time to write the nice review. We were happy to go to Tsukiji Fish Market earlier than expected on fine day and I'm glad you enjoyed the tour because you might be tired after the long flight. I also had memorable time with you by talking about culture, food, health and so on. The tour with you was great fun for me.Did you enjoy the other day and the rest of your days ? I'm looking forward to seeing you again someday. I will make effort to take good selfies ! I really appreciate a wonderful review. Yumi

“ Wonderful experience with Yumi ”

From the moment we met Yumi for our Shinjuku tour, we liked her right away. We found her to be warm, friendly and genuine. She is very approachable and very helpful. You can feel that she likes what she's doing. Without her, we would have been lost in Shinjuku. She even went out of her way to find us a ramen place close to our hotel which turned out to be delicious! Without hesitation, I can recommend Yumi to anyone needing a guide in Tokyo. She's awesome.

Suzan san, Thank you so much for your excellent review. I' m really glad to know that you were satisfied with the ramen shop. Shinjuku is one of the busiest and most complicated town in Tokyo, which is supposed to be condensed town in Tokyo. All of you are very friendly and nice people, so I also enjoyed our tour. I wish enjoy the rest of your staying in Japan and have a lots of memorable and wonderful memories. Many thanks. Yumi

“ Tokyo highlights ”

Yumi is very knowledgeable and provided great insight in her tour

Stanley san, Thank you for the review. I wish your first visit to Japan would be wonderful and memorable and you found many things in Japan and more and more interests in Japan. This summer is very hot, so please come again in other seasons, such as cherry blossom season in spring, or coloring leaves season in autumn. Please come back again with your grandchildren. Thank you again and take care of yourselves.

“ Shinjuku and Harajuku half day tour ”

Yumi was so patient with us on the first day of our arrival to Tokyo from Australia. We are a family of 4 with two young kids. We didn’t get much sleep on the plane so the kids were so tired and hungry but Yumi accommodated our needs. We learnt so much and Yumi’s guide on Tokyo subway system and JR made it easy for us to navigate the Tokyo train system. What a great introduction to Tokyo. Thank you very much Yumi. Nyka and family.

Nyka san, Thank you so much for your review. Our tour day is the first day of your arrival, but you encouraged them to walk around and I enjoyed talking with you and your family. I’m afraid that you are not satisfied with the tour, shopping and so on, however, it is the most important that all your family will be good health and condition during staying in Tokyo and other places in Japan. I’m happy to hear that my information helps your staying in Tokyo. I wish you and your family would enjoy the rest of the days staying in Japan and have a wonderful and amazing memories. I’m looking forward to seeing again in the future.

“ Shinjuku & understanding Tokyo transport ”

I had a great time with Yumi who took me to Shinjuku Station and showed me how to work out the right tickets to buy and how to use the machines. We strolled around the area and saw how the Kabukicho and Golden Gal areas look in daylight- far less scary than you might think, a good chance to tailor tours to what you want then went to visit some places I had specifically asked about. Yumi adjusted her pace to suit my somewhat jet lagged state. It’s really helpful to get a feel for the area and station with someone as knowledgeable as Yumi. I now feel much more confident about exploring this area on my own.

June san, thank you for your quick and nice review. Tokyo, especially Shinjuku is really complicated town, but Shinjuku is main town of Tokyo. I hope the information you have gotten today will help your trip for the rest of your staying Tokyo and next visit to Tokyo, Japan. I had very happy time and talk with you. I wish you would enjoy staying Japan and have a wonderful time. Thank you again, ARIGATO GOZAIMASHITA! and we usually say OTSUKARESAMADESHITA at the end of the tour. Yumi
