Overview

I've been uploading Noh experience here but I would like to add an attractive tour plan on it. Nezu Museum is located in a few minutes walk distance from the building of Noh experience facility. Nezu Museum has a huge Japanese garden and conserves and exhibits a lot of pre-modern Japanese and East Asian arts.

What to Expect

First of all, you can learn and experience authentic real Noh play with teaching by professional Noh players.
Noh experience will be finished around noon, so let's take delicious lunch at Japanese restaurant Kikumasa which is very popular among office workers in the area.
They serve very fresh fish foods as lunches. They have varieties of dishes such as rice bowls topped with raw fish or broiled or boiled fish seasoned with soy sauce together with a small rice bowl and miso soup. I guarantee the taste of the dishes are all delicious whatever you choose.
Then we walk through on Miyuki street viewing wonderful buildings on both sides of the street to Nezu Museum which is reconstructed in 2009 by the design of Kengo Kuma.
Kuma Kengo is a world-famous architect who designed New National Stadium for 2020 Tokyo Olympic.

Important

Noh experience is available only on October 19th (Fri), November 2nd (Fri), 16th (Fri), December 7th (Fri), 21st (Fri). If you want the tour of Nezu Museum plus the other tour uploaded in this site, I can arrange it.

I can guide you to any tourist sites in Japan as a national tour guide if you pay more transportation fee than 8,000 JPY for me. Especially, Nara and Kyoto are my favorites cities I had visited many times and Kagoshima is my wife's hometown. East part of Shizuoka prefecture is available for me to guide you I'll use a professional driver from Tokyo or Yokohama.

Regarding Noh experience, you don't need to prepare anything. They lend Japanese socks ( tabi in Japanese ), folding fan ( ogi in Japanese ) and text papers of Noh-gaku(in Japanese sorry). Experience fee ( 3,000 JPY ) is included in my guide fee to pay it to Tessenkai facility beforehand. The date is fixed throughout the year. This Noh experience starts punctually at 10:00 am, so we should arrive at the venue 30 minutes before 10:00 am. Meeting time would be adjusted later after I get your email message.
At Kikumasa, we should join a line made by Japanese office workers around the office district to wait for 20 to 30 minutes.
