Important

Please ask me the availability of this tour before you book it.
The wholesale area of Tsukiji will move to Toyosu on October 11th, 2018 but its outer market will stay at Tsukiji where we can enjoy good sushi and delicious Japanese foods.
I have a one day tour to Kyoto from Tokyo, but you have to pay the cost of about 30,000 JPY per person for the transportation of you and me.

Please pay the extra fee of 3,000 JPY in addition to the regular fee of 17,500 JPY for high seasons in March, April, May, September, October, and November.
We will use public transportation during this tour but we can take a taxi if you want.
I can lend you an IC card for easy use of public transportation and help you to charge your deposit in it.
The wholesale area of Tsukiji fish market opens to public after 11:00AM but there are not much fish to see at that time. So, I recommend to visit outer market only.

“ Would refer Yuki-san to anybody ”

I would recommend Yuki-san to anyone. He was great even though we were late. With a few hours, we covered Senso-Ji Temple in Asakusa and Edo Castle with a Japanese Garden. He was very flexible to adjust to our schedule. We skipped lunch until 3pm. Ending tour with 15 minutes lunch. He kept track of the time and our train back to the airport. I think he will be a great person to show you around Tokyo.

Yuki:

Dear Hai, Thank you for writing the review of the tour, so soon. I am glad to know you were on time for your flight and safely returned to your country. Best regards, Yuki

“ No stress, personal sightseeing in and around the big city ”

Yuki is professional, experienced and knowledgeable about the history and culture of Japan especially Tokyo and it's surrounding area. He was early meeting us at our hotel each day (a blessing to be met at the hotel) and helped us navigate the detailed transportation system of Japan, even helping us validate our Jr train passes, showing us how to reserve trains, store luggage, plan and use the various passes and tickets on our own. We felt his personal attention even in the most crowed temples and shrines so we never felt overwhelmed. It was very hot when we visited and he knew just when to have us duck into air-conditioned museums between outdoor activities to get a cool, educational break. His English is good. He even helped us shop for some specific items we wanted along the way, without sacrificing our touring time. He took us to local places to eat and explained the food and how local's eat per our choices. We especially enjoyed out day trip to Hakone where the air was fresh. Mt. Fuji was cloud covered, but the many different types of trains, trams, boats, ropeways and mountain trains (all explained by Yuki) as well as the beautiful scenery made our day amazing. He was quick to answer all inquires before our visit, helping us choose our itinerary in just the right order to maximise our time, even sending us notes on how to get to the hotel from the airport.

Yuki:

Dear Carlos, Thank you for writing such an elaborate review of my tours. I respect your personality and I was my honor to guide you my favorite places. Please give my best regards to your wife, too. Yuki

“ Yuki gave a super tour of Tokyo ”

Yuki took my family all around Tokyo and provided a very enjoyable tour. We started at the fish market and had a delicious lunch at one of his favorite sushi restaurants. Then we visited Shinjuku, Harajuku, Shibuya and Akihabara, including visits to an owl cafe and a maid cafe. When my daughter wanted to spend more time browsing / shopping in Harajuku and Shibuya, Yuki was completely flexible and made changes to our schedule appropriately. It was a perfect way to spend the day and become more familiar with Tokyo. Thank you.
